Just found this again this is where Ely said the phone call was not from Jc jnr . Total contradiction of the claim on ABC 20/20 when it's was said with certainty that it was Jc jnr that called . We all knew it wasn't true but here we have a Martens family member confirming . This is a prime example of how they twist the truth to suit themselves if I recall correctly at the time they were saying that the call was made by someone other than Jc jnr and that "people" (can't imagine who they were referring to) made the phone call to try and get Molly to break her bail conditions. Forward a year and with the help of ABC 20/20 it was most certainly Jc jnr . That's the thing about lies . Just like Electric sheep pointed out no visitors are allowed . So how does Cm know these things . I am assuming a phone call . So the precious time she had on the phone with her family she spent complaining instead of asking about her ill mom ,how her dad was, her nieces, her uncle and aunt ( who IMO are making an absolute holy show of themselves with all their stunts ) . No it's me me me . Selfishness is a trend with Mm that's for sure

And its just a theory but I cant imagine synthetic hair pieces being allowed in prison or peroxide so if a prisoner had one maybe this was a desperate attempt to prepare us all that we have actually been dealing with a brunette bobbed killer all along and not a blonde bombshell killer. Takes the PRETTY out of the NASTY if their isn't perfectly created tumbling curls over the right shoulder wielding a brick. Don't ya think?

I can't imagine any inmates being allowed to have long hair. If there were fights, your hair could be pulled out or you could be swung around the room by the hair. I imagine it is a safety issue imo

I agree with the sentiment of your post Stephan but I think they are talking about two separate phone calls, MM claims she received a phone call 'in the middle of the night' from a child 'not JC or SC' where she was called an obscene name. I believe the voicemail which they released to ABC from the boy with the Dublin accent they are sticking with the story that this was in fact JC.

Particularly if the inmate has extensions...I couldn't find anything specific relating to hair but I was of the understanding that these aren't allowed in prison for that very reason.

Before that Em made the statement to the independent about the phone call and voicemail and it not being jack . I remember because I sent a message to Abc to change it might be wrong though and there was a second call it's was Feb 2016 and a lot has happened since

I vaguely remember a TV personality called Nancy something, she did a segment on her TV program about the case and ran the story about the second phone call. The lawyers were interviewed on the program claiming that it a rouse to entice MM to break a court order.

Actually thinking about it & looking back at old threads, it was ABC who ran it and then edited it out. I remember listening to it at the time, many others on here also heard it. I'm still baffled by the trial. The Defence had to have known how bad the autopsy looked for them. What CM doesn't seem to get is, no matter what the trigger (and no one believes J did anything) you do not have the right to brutally beat a person to death and keep beating them after death. Call someone! Get out of the situation!

Well I would disagree with Connor here . Isn't that why we have law enforcement and a justice system. What goes on in their heads at all . We also did say the prison wardens would be added to the list and it didn't take long . The photo is taken in the month before the trial began. I couldn't swear it but personally I think Molly has hair extensions in . These would have to be removed in prison IMO

As Stephan has pointed out MM was not going to be able to continue using extensions (she was definitely wearing extensions IMO) and lightening her hair. I would find it hard to believe that the State of North Carolina would waste money dying the hair of every inmate who is sentenced in the State.

As for the toothbrush and shower shoes. My understanding is that it is not for the prison to provide MM with these things, she has to buy them from the prison canteen. Maybe it took the 9 days for her prison account to be set up?
