Investigators said Minetssy Sanchez, of Princeton, was inside a black 2007 Nissan Sentra when it was taken from The Gables apartment complex on the 1500 block of Eldorado Parkway by a person identified by witnesses as 28-year-old Jabrice Davun Ortega.

The vehicle was later located, but the locations of both Sanchez and Ortega are unknown.

Police did not say whether Ortega and Sanchez knew each other.

This was on my Facebook, shared by Fox 4 News. Not a lot to go on....this is the first I've heard about her. She's beautiful, I hope she is found safe and sound.

Random thoughts; does the apartment complex have security cameras? Where was the car found? Does she know Jabrice Davun Ortega?

Sanchez's brother, Zahary Escandon, contacted WFAA via Facebook and says according to Sanchez's friend she was "walking to the car when she observed a young black male run inside the car and take off with my sister [Sanchez] inside," Escandon says. "She said my sister was screaming and banging on the window, but she didn't get to the car soon enough."
 
that above makes little sense 1. was she not in the drivers seat? how could he randomly run to the seat and take off if she was not in the passenger seat 2. to be banging on the window from the inside suggests she was locked in? 3. it was not random and to be screaming like you don't know the person, if you do suggests you already knew danger
4 do we really think it is a vehicle theft?
 
I found more information but I can't find the source; the link listed doesn't show the same text. Gah! Any suggestions?

It gives a bit of an explanation for what happened when her car was stolen and she disappeared but I don't want to start any rumors.

I spelled it Minetssy in the title, and used the last name provided by MSM. The Cuca last name is only found on SM, so I'm not sure if it should be changed on here without MSM confirmation.

Same. Especially because they confirmed that the two knew each other and that it wasn't a random act. (Dallas News article linked above.)
