For that matter they could've used the same day & used one of the kids urine for drug screen. Happens all the time. There's so many ways to get around a drug screen it's unbelievable.

I think I was confused because AW said he temporarily got custody because it was feared the two youngest weren't safe around the oldest. And then, for whatever reason CPS decided they were safe so they returned the youngest two children to KW. And now his daughter is dead. And AW has also said that KW is trying to blame the oldest for Mariah's death. I think his incredible anger and frustration is the oldest remains with his brother.

I'm not sure I understand your last sentence, but it's ok, you don't need to explain. My head is exploding.

Why would the DA interfere with custody issues? I have had custody issues and I could not get LE to get in the middle of it. In the end I had to hire an attorney and go through family courts.

This sounds like such a mess! A lot is going to come out soon. I think this confusion is why the bf has not been charged with the murder yet. This is all so so sad.

Mariah lived in Jacksonville. I have no idea where AW lives.

I believe that was answered in one of the NG interviews as being 5 miles away. Not sure if it's same county though.

My heart is just breaking for these boys. I just pray that wherever they are tonight -that they are safe, warm, well fed, and most importantly loved. There is so much more I want to say, but I feel I would be just be piling on the damage that has been done to these innocent children.

That is just not true. He could have discussed this with his Case Worker and the District Attorney. No charge to him for either of these. The public pays the District Attorney.

The DA would have punted him off to someone else. Round and round it would go and Dad would get nowhere. Been there myself. Very frustrating.

I'm still catching up so apologies if it's already been discussed. Whoever reported Mariah missing said she was wearing a pair of pink and white underpants and nothing else. So if she was wearing more when her body was found it would/could mean that someone dressed her postmortem. JMO.

Do we know where the boys are and if they are together or separated? I would think if there were any suspicion the older son is not safe, they would keep them separated.

The grandmother acknowledged to the media she had the boys. The only one who fears the older one is not safe appears to be his dad, imo.

Children are separated out of fear, placed back together then one ends up dead and KW is blaming the child... And all AW wants is the truth, justice and his children in a safe environment.

Seems to me he is calling her bluff.

The mom returned to the home yesterday for a short time with a police escort. I wonder if she was picking up an outfit to bring to the funeral director for Mariah. She will probably have the same police protection for the visitation, unless she is arrested first. JMO

She was probably gathering up Mariah's birthday gifts so she can return them before it's been 30 days...

So I'm listening now to Nancy Grace's podcast about the CPS allegations as stated by the 10 year old boy. Can I just say OH MY FREAKING GOD!! just omg. I cannot wrap my mind around this. I have been hearing it all day long but not word for word read from the document. KW had to be in some serious mind numbing drugs or something. Those poor kids. Just so so so SO sad. Wth is wrong with our justice system that prevents fathers from getting their kids away from psycho mothers. Aaaarrrggghhh. Makes me so mad. Glad to hear Nancy's expert saying they feel sure KW will be charged. Ok had to vent. Thx.

In the Nancy Grace podcast interview, AW said that KW and EK were trying to blame Mariah's death on the 9 year old boy.
