VERY sad!!! To think she left Honduras, which has a history of horrible poverty and violence to seek a better life in the US, and was murdered and who knows where the precious is at. To think she was too afraid to seek help because she was afraid because she was here illegally or whatever, and ended up here, dead. So sorry for her, but this is not a not a political thread, nor a vent for social injustices websight, so I will stop. Hope they find this precious baby alive and with someone who loves her dearly. smh moo

I believe it stated in MSM that he told LE he was not involved in the murder.

San Antonio is about 200 miles away and a 3.5 hour drive. Time of death and phone records should be helpful in getting his one.

Greenspoint is rife with crime...there is a reason the locals call it “Gunspoint”.

If no robbery or rape or some other type of ' motive' for the murder of mom, it had to be for the baby. Please be alive, little one.

So was the father arrested? The rotating ticker at the top of the WS screen indicates he was, but I haven't seen that in MSM. It seems MSM is reporting the police believe his innocence at this point (or at least are claiming they do).

Here is where I came across the info that dad had been located.

If it's not the father then what are we looking at? As someone suggested is this a kidnapping by someone wanting a baby to call their own?

Now that the child's father has been ruled out as a person of interest, there is no new suspect information, Houston police said early Wednesday.

The father's description and a description of his car were released as part of the initial Amber Alert. Police say they believe the father's claim that he had nothing to do with the murder, and while his vehicle has not been located, they no longer believe the car has anything to do with the Amber Alert.
