The area in which SG was said to have run into, supposedly pointed to by the last caller (BB) to 911, was a brush so thick it needed a machete to cut through to enable one to get into an area less dense. The perimeter of that area that runs along the roadway doesn't permit one to charge through it as was evident when SCPD made their first attempts before resorting to machetes & ultimately the amphibious machine. Without these, they could not enter the thicket. Dormer made mention during a news briefing on Dec. 13, 2011, of the great difficulty to "traverse" the area.

All due respect: No one saw Pak leave. He may be telling part of the truth and he may have found her, got her in the truck and drove out onto the parkway. For all we know a struggle ensued, he killed her and rolled her out of the car and down into the brush. Or maybe he or someone else struck her, with their vehicle, and she was thrown into the brush. We don't have a clue as to what part of PaK's story is true. For all we know, when he and her boyfriend/pimp went back...(and early reports, per Pak, had them going back later that day) they may have dumped her clothes and such in the brush.

We have absolutely no idea when her body ended up 1/4 of a mile away-plus from her belongings or even an estimate on how long her remains or her belongings lay there. Only witnesses to her death know those facts.

She wasn't on hold. For the first five or six minutes she was on the phone with a 911 operator and after mentioning Jones beach was transferred to the state police operator for the rest of the time. It's part of why Suffolk police didn't connect her 911 call to the oak beach residents calls.

Let us break this down to the basics instead of trying to come up the ridiculous. SG goes missing under some very suspicious circumstances. She was an escort advertising on Craig's List. No one can seem to find her. Her family and others make a big stink about the cops not finding her and the investigation that may have never happened.

A K-9 cop that apparently had nothing better to do ( you have to be called out or else you will have no work) decides to make some use of his and his dog's time and they go out to Oak Beach for an exercise if whatever. He finds one corpse, then another and two others. This brings the SG matter into the spotlight, again.

There are 10 bodies found in all. I focus on the GB 4. They were all prostitutes. They all advertised on Craig'd List. Like SG, they are all DEAD.

The police and DA will tell you the GB4 were all murdered. The Police/DA can't seem to get their heads around that SG was also murdered. It is their best lead in solving ALL the crimes. What do they do? The remove the prime suspects in this investigation off their radar screen. They are the only people worthwhile speaking to at this time.

Dormer tells us there is 'no serial killer' with a blood dripping knife going around killing people. How does he know this?

He also suggested that SG died by some sort of accident, Her clothes were removed by being tangled in the bush. He said SG died from an accidental drowning. The ME has issued no such report. The best the ME can do is to say the cause of death is undetermined.

A soon to be retiring detectives writes and unsolicited letter to Newsday stating that he heard the 23 minute 911 call from SG and he said he could find no evidence of SG believing her life was in danger. LOL. Why would he say this if there wasn't an attempt to distract from the truth?

EFFECTIVE DISTRACTION? I don't think so. In my case it has given rise to the theory the crime has been covered up to protect the guilty in whatever form they may be. I haven't a real clue as to who killed who. But I have a clue certain people don't want the truth (whatever that is) to come out.

You have a now convicted liar in the name of James Burke who is now sitting in jail for what was essentially lying. You have his little puppet Tom Spota being charged for essentially the same thing. LET us not forget the former Chief of Detectives that was inserted into this case and now has retired in a huff.

I want you folks to realize that the same detective that said he heard the 911 tape and found nothing suggesting SG's life was in danger is the SAME detective charged with the 9/24/03 murder of PETER GHATTAS, and that case remains unsolved to this very day. That Peter Ghattas was giving information to a group of honest detectives ( 4th Sqd Lt. Pelkofsky) looking to break a burglary ring and a cable box burglary about Jim Burke's neighbor Joe Careccia.

Spota and the Idiot Judge Hudson gave Careccia a license to steal.....AND trust me he took full advantage of it.

First of all, I wasn't at the epicenter of anybody's horrible death. I lived in the neighborhood where a hooker came to visit a John, and for some reason or another would not leave when she was asked to, that led to the John and her driver getting frustrated. When she finally left the john's home, she refused help from her driver and bizarrely a few neighbors who she had asked for help, then to escape something real or imagined entered a marshy area where she died from exposure to the elements because of her body's rundown energy level.

ONE THING I DO KNOW and I defy anyone to tell me it isn't true, I do know the Detective LT and SGT that first took the statement from Joe Careccia on 11/13/03 my son in law participated in an armed robbery on 7/25/00 knew that it wasn't true because Careccia, in their opinion was a pathological liar that couldn't be believed. And they told Spota they weren't going to proceed with a bogus investigation. We know Spota dismissed these men and found someone else willing to do it.

We know that same LT of police was in charge of the Gilgo Beach murder case until such time Bellone got into office, AND POOF, like a fart in the wind was gone into thin air with Burke being the Chief, Madigan, the Chief of Detectives, and the GOOD LT gone with LT.Fitzpatrick taking over the case. And given time Lt. Fitzpatrick retires on a dime before the terms of the new contract can set in and he might realize another 5-7K in pension benefits.

THEY ARE LIARS. AND NOW ONE OF THEM (BURKE) IS A PROVEN LIAR, and Spota is on his way to be a proven liar.
