Physical Description: Race: White Sex: Female Age: 27 Years Old DOB: 07/23/1954 Height: 4’11” - 5’1” (59”-61”) Weight: 105-120 lbs. Hair: Red/Auburn, Long and wavy * Has been noted as blonde through some sources Eye Color: Green - Hazel Clothing: Usually blue jeans and leather boots Characteristics/Medical/Scars: Prior child birth, petite, gap between central incisors, cleft chin (dimple chin), severe scar on right leg and knee. A surgical pin was inserted into her leg to repair damage that Charlotte had incurred from a motorcycle accident. Charlotte walks with a slight limp due to uneven legs; right leg shorter than left. It was noted Charlotte appeared much younger than 27 at the time of her disappearance. *(Insert grain of salt here - MAY have possibly been a few months pregnant) Transportation:

Circumstances:
Charlotte had been admitted to the Rochester Psychiatric Center the week prior to her disappearance for a drug overdose. On Friday October 30th Charlotte was granted a 4-hour pass to leave the facility saying she had to pay her apartment rent. Charlotte walked out the door and was never seen again.
A nurse told Charlotte’s mother that she had intentionally checked herself in due to being afraid of a man and had no where else to go. Charlotte knew the hospital would hold her for a 72-hour evaluation where as she would feel safe for the time being. Charlotte told the nurse she needed to go home but was fearful that the man would be there. The day Charlotte left the hospital a man had come looking for her however the nurse did not know the man’s name.
Charlotte’s apartment at 325 Alexander Street was checked there were no signs of a struggle. Her purse was found inside the apartment and none of her personal possessions appeared to be missing. LE stated that they think some identification may be missing and a few checks. Charlotte’s bank account was checked and there had been no withdrawals from her account since her disappearance. Investigator Joyce Walsh interviewed the hospital, bank, landlord, friends and owners of the bar where she hung out. Unfortunately, there were no leads produced from the interviews. Charlotte’s last contact with her mother was a telephone conversation on Oct 22nd. Charlotte had planned to go to her mother’s Nov 1st and stay for the holidays and was also seriously considering staying there permanently. Charlotte’s mother stated that at time’s Charlotte was despondent however she did not have mental issues.
Charlotte was attending Rochester University of Medicine and was her last year of earning her Ph. D.
