A case summary for Roger:

Date of birth: 4 December 1988
Height: 5 feet 7 inches
Weight: 160 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Black and curly; shoulder length
Ethnicity: Asian
Identifying marks: Tattoos on his upper arms; "Thoj" on the left, "Her" on the right
Garb: Hoodie, T-shirt, gray jogging/sweat pants, Crocs

Roger was last seen at his home at 2141 Alexander Road in Hayfork at 1:24 PM on 26 March 2017. When his relatives checked on him the following day, they found his fireplace lit and the television on. His wallet was in the house, but Her was gone. He was reported missing at 9:39 PM on 27 March 2017 by his family. He may have been abducted. Certainly, Crocs aren't much use as hiking boots.

Based on my knowledge of Lao culture, I surmise that Roger was christened Thoj Her and anglicized it to Roger Her. As previous posters have noted, he vanished from the midst of surrounding marijuana grows.
