The court previously heard Karen Ristevski would sometimes go for walks or drives when she upset and could be gone for several hours.

“They weren’t regular at all,” Ms Ristevski said.

However, she said it had happened before.

“I wasn’t that suspicious at the time,” she said...................

Ms Ristevski agreed with her father’s barrister David Hallowes SC that her mother had “mood swings from time to time”.

Yesterday, prosecutor Matt Fisher told the court Mr Ristevski slept on the couch the night before his wife vanished.

Ms Ristevski this afternoon said it wasn’t uncommon for her father to sleep in the lounge room if he came home late or fell asleep watching Foxtel.

Yet another smart *advertiser censored* comment IMO. A bit fiesty on the stand our little Sarah.

Ms Ristevski told the court the media “basically stalked” the family after her mother went missing.

“Thanks for that,” she said.

I thought the same, after hearing both comments.
I agree with your reply.
In a Court of Law, this is not appropriate.
The sitting member, will note this, I am sure.

BBM- Several hours maybe, not several months...

Surprisingly she's backing her Dad.

We've all heard she's led a very 'protected/spoilt' life, wonder if she's scared of losing all items that come with that life.

BBM. So does she think it's suspicious now?

And 'came home late'. Where from, I wonder? There was always that casino rumour. IMO

"Mum would get annoyed," Sarah Ristevski told the hearing.

"She and I have the same personality. Dad was calmer."

Mr Ristevski's lawyer asked Sarah Ristevski about her father's reaction when her mother was missing.

The court heard yesterday there was a period of 27 hours during which he had not tried to contact his missing wife.

"He was very concerned about where mum was," she told the court.

"He was very worried about it.".......................

Sarah Ristevski was studying at university at the time and sometimes worked at Bella Bleu, the women's fashion store owned and run by her mother at a shopping centre in Watergardens.

"It was her passion. There was no Bella Bleu without mum," she said.

The court heard yesterday the couple had been having financial problems and had closed a second store in February 2016.

But Sarah Ristevski said "Bella Bleu was turning over a profit".

I'm not so sure that she is backing her Dad, sounds like her suspicions were raised somewhere along the line.

It may not have been suspicious at the time and for a couple of hours after, maybe.
So when did Sarah feel it suspicious and suggest they go to the police and report it but her father was reluctant to do so. Asking her what do we tell them?
Something like that apparently.

But Sarah Ristevski said "Bella Bleu was turning over a profit".

She was critical of the media, telling the hearing some news agencies stayed outside the family home for an extended period and followed her to her workplace.

"They were basically stalking us," she said.

"My father and I didn't have time to mourn because of them."

BBM:
But she hadn't been found dumped between two logs until 8 months later or does she mean after Karen was found?

In a statement released by the court today, Ms Culhane said it was the first time she'd heard Ms Ristevski swear, when she used the word "*advertiser censored**" when talking about Mr Rivstevski.

The EFTPOS machine at the shop was not working at the time.

"My husband pisses me off," Ms Rivstevski told Ms Culhane, according to the statement.

It was getting towards 9:00pm — closing time — on June 16th, the statement said.

"I don't want to go home. I'd rather stay here," Ms Ristevski said, according to Ms Culhane's statement.
