GUILTY MD - Multiple Fatalities At Capital Gazette Newsroom In Annapolis, 28 June 2018 *arrest*

IMO
This is a lot like Holmes at Batman

he was the Joker

the Joker did what he had to do

after completing the command hallucinations he went to the back of theatre abd easily suuroundered

mission accomplished per what was going on his head

same here

the cops were not the reason why he stopped

he was out of space

small room

he did what the tv had been telling him to do

he was susptible to the endless barrage that the meida was the enemy he mnetioned over and over that media was not reporting things right

someone else has been barking that bark for year

his leave me along imo is close to identical to I am the joker

at this point point we are not getting refuse to talk cause a lawyer told him not to

we are getting unable to ID himself he has a public defender

i go imo to catonia frozen that can happen when severly delusionial or psycotic hearing command hallucintation or voices in the mind

he was obviouly fixatied this went on for years that is not normative -- that is mental illiness imo

the amount of time he spent for years creating picutres and all kind of stuff visually on his tweets is both creative but requires massive fixation

just mo

he decomped with the media yelling at him the media is the enemy they are liars and evil and out to hurt people

that is parania an entity screaming at you endlessly that the media is afer you is totally congruent with leave me lone -- it has no other meaning imo

he needed some entity in his mind to leave him alone Holmes was the Joker.........

only mo I think we are dealing with command hallucinations paranoia psychosis

it also has a similar connection to Austin eating people faces while not being on anything the voices told him he must and he did

He was wildly violent he chased a human being out of where they live

that is intense that is imo voices she must be killed etc

so did this guy Holmes Austin its voices in their minds moo

imo there is also some imo Luka M here as well -- he must chop up some human

just mo
That all may be true, but think that he was nasty man who thought that he deserved more than other people. He deserved to have the girl he knew in high school have a relationship with him and became abusive and threatening to her when she declined and he deserved to not have his crime reported in the newspaper, although that is what newspapers do.

Ramos pleads not guilty in Capital Gazette shooting deaths, according to motions

Jarrod W. Ramos, 38, of Laurel, in motions for a speedy trial and discovery, entered a not guilty plea in the shooting death of five Capital Gazette employees on June 28. Ramos has been charged with five counts of first-degree murder in the attack.

A status conference to schedule hearings for motions and a trial. It will occur within 30 days from today.

Harboring a resentment over an old newspaper column, Jarrod Ramos blasted his way into the Capital-Gazette newsroom last year and killed five people. He admitted as much in October, pleading guilty to murdering Gerald Fischman, Rob Hiaasen, Rebecca Smith, Wendi Winters and John McNamara. Still, the 39-year-old Laurel man admitted guilt under Maryland’s version of the insanity plea. This sets the stage for a jury trial to determine whether Ramos serves time in a state prison or secure psychiatric hospital.

His trial is to begin March 4 in Anne Arundel Circuit Court.

NPR's podcast "Embedded" has a series on the Capital shooting--or, more accurately, on its effects on the survivors at the paper (Embedded). The first two episodes are out now.

The Virginia-based psychiatrist testified in cases like that of Ariel Castro, an Ohio man who kidnapped and held captive for a decade three girls, and the Texas used-car salesman who participated in a terrorism plot to kill the Saudi Arabian Ambassador to the United States. Saathoff chaired the FBI panel tasked with following up on the 2001 Anthrax attacks and testified before Congress about radicalization in prisons nationwide.

Ramos’ lawyers hired Dr. Dorothy Otnow Lewis, who’s testified in a range of high-profile cases, to evaluate whether an insanity defense was plausible. After interviewing him, Lewis said he was insane. A judge ordered Ramos be evaluated by the Maryland Department of Health. A forensic psychiatrist there, Dr. Sameer Patel, issued a report saying he believes Ramos was sane.

Saathoff can be used to counter any assertions made by Ramos’ team, and will be at the center of pretrial hearings Thursday and Friday — the last court dates before trial in June — where defense attorneys will argue to limit the scope of his testimony.

Three years after journalists were gunned down inside the Capital Gazette newsroom in Annapolis, Maryland, a jury will be seated this week to hear the trial of the man responsible.

Jarrod Ramos, 41, admitted he killed five journalists inside the newsroom, pleading guilty to all 23 counts he faced back in October 2019. This week, attorneys will select the jurors who will decide whether Ramos was sane during the crime.

The jurors will begin the selection process Wednesday, and the trial will begin once they are seated.
