Bruce Waite, 48, of Bangor, was last seen on June 18, 2018 in St. Regis Falls. He was last seen wearing a flannel shirt and blue jeans. Waite’s car, a 2004 Buick Century, was located on July 5, on Slush Pond Road in Paul Smiths.

Waite is 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs approximately 145 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo of a spider skull on his left hand and a tattoo of a bear on his left shoulder.

Bruce K. Waite, 48, of Bangor was last seen in the St. Regis Falls area, according to Capt. Robert LaFountain, head of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation for state police Troop B, and was reported missing to police in Malone on June 21 by a family member.

LaFountain described Waite as a white man, five foot five inches, 145 pounds, with dark hair, a graying beard and brown eyes.

With a command station set up at the Paul Smiths-Gabriels Volunteer Fire Department, crews of Department of Environmental Conservation Forest Rangers, state police, ENCON police, Department of Corrections and Community Supervision workers and volunteers searched through the woods over the weekend near Slush Pond Road off state Route 30, where Waite’s car was found on July 5.
