Susan Oliver Scott
Missing since August 7, 1985 from Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana
Classification: Endangered Missing

Vital Statistics

    • Date Of Birth: July 30, 1956
    • Age at Time of Disappearance: 29 years old

    • Distinguishing Characteristics: White sweater, jeans, blue sandals with 1 inch heel.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Scott was last seen on August 7, 1985. She laid out her clothes for the next day, set her alarm clock, climbed into bed and then vanished in the middle of the night.
Her car was found in the Amite River Diversion Canal five weeks later. The keys were in the ignition, but there was no sign of Scott. Sheriff's deputies dragged the canal but never found a body.
Scott was the mother of two young children who were in their father's custody. She apparently left her Berryville Street home of her own free will, but investigators don't know what lured her out of bed in the middle of the night.

I noticed this woman has a crooked nose kind of like the reconstruction so I thought I would put her in here.

Unfortunately there is very litle on her case madamx, someone I had chatted with was going to the local library to check the news archives.

The same person I chatted with was also going to contact LE along with several other cases. With the storm a few weeks back may have gotten pushed back. But anyone could contact them the detective is the one that is going through the old cold cases. The paper work for this UID was destroyed or lost according to the news article and NAMUS. Anyone could contact all thou it may be preferred to be a person of the local Jackson County , MS area.

Yeah, I was thinking that with this kind of question, local people usually get better responses.
