The girl is described as having brown, chin-length hair and was last seen wearing a navy-blue, long sleeve T-shirt, black jeans, pink socks, no shoes, and was wearing a diaper. She is three feet six inches tall and is 44 pounds.

O'Keeffe suffers from epilepsy and autism and police say she is non-verbal and unable to walk.

Police say the abduction is believed to have taken place outside a strip mall at 11204 Railway Avenue in North Battleford.

There is no description of the person suspected to have taken her at this time, but the suspect is believed to be driving a dark grey 2010, Mercedes Benz GL350 Bluetec SUV with Saskatchewan licence plate 897 HMX.

So if you Google North Battleford, you'll get some alarming crime stats, but it's important to note that the vast majority of crime in the area is drug and gang related and also disproportionally indigenous perps and victims.

Of concern is the address Emma was abducted from - it's right off the highway and it's a quick path out of town in several directions, primarily to either Saskatoon (east) or Edmonton (west).

I wonder if that vehicle has any tracking in it?
Emma can shuffle around on the ground but she could not free herself from the carseat. SUV was parked in the strip mall. Emma is not wearing shoes. She is secured in her car seat in the rear passenger seat. THIS IS NOT A PARENTAL ABDUCTION.

Has half a tank of gas

ETA expanding search to Alberta and Manitoba based on that.
