I agree that he is the Long Island serial killer. Him passing a poly shouldn't have been a reason to not look at him any further. Poly aren't even allowed to be used in court so its wild that they stop looking at him. I feel that it's a thousand percent that he is one of them because the other likes to cut off parts he is the burlap one .
Brewer was my first hunch and then i started to overthink it.

Relay, here is the clip with JB leaving the driveway and saying something to the reporter. Just ran into it today:

Im trying to get this video, and this video seems to be wiped from the web.
Can anyone get it before everything from WS is taken down in 24 hours?
Thx

The post you quote says 48hrs. The 48hrs episodes on yt are labeled nbc dateline. Found several right there in the first few scrolls. It's the part of the show where they start to lead you down the rabbit hole and talk about the three in question, Joe, Michael and Peter. I see a white SUV not black and he says my prayers are with the families.

TY I'll go watch it. It's easily view able.
now - is there any public footage of Pak getting into his SUV?
I don't know of it, but someone was swearing to me yesterday
that it exists.

Thank you

And if the cvs does have camera footage so what. He doesn't even deny the cvs run or the attempt to fill a prescription. Look closer at why he couldn't fill the prescription because of what it was for. People need to look even closer at who was the person writing/calling in these oddball prescriptions in the middle of night. Dr. Feel good of Oak Beach. The guy sketchy enough to take large sums of cash to be the on retainer doctor feel good to the white privieged of Oak beach.

Brewer has a below average I.Q. and is the all oit poster boy for nepotism. To say this is calculated the guy capable of eluding authorities for years now is laughable to me. If anyone has been inside his disorderly cat piss smelling house you'd clearly see a slob. Brewer has guarenteed come across LISK and doesn' even know it. He has definitely in my opinion been inside brewers house. Brewers house was the hub for for cocaine and prescription pill use in Oak Beach. Why only escorts are coming forward to admit their presence at these parties is because reputations are at stake. Medical licenses are at stake here. The powerful and elite in attendance of brewers and other houses parties can only be pointed out as attendees by the "less marginalized" and others already being accused of their roles in the deaths.

Brewer should have been charged with the Mann Act for pulling in a prostitute from another state for purposes of sex. It doesn't matter that he SAYS he didn't have sex with her, and he says he didn't pay her.

i.e. Elliot Spitzer - Mann Act.

Mann Act

Brewer, Diaz, Pak - all should have been charged with the Mann Act for transporting Shannan over the state line for sex - at the very least.

End of statement.

Conviction under a Mann Act charge carries a punishment of up to five years imprisonment and a fine of up to $5000.

I agree...way to go scorpio...
Parties at brewers is ground zero in my opinion and maybe where lisk comes alive. Another key word that caught my attention is cards. Can it be that lisk is a group of men who get together, play cards, and call in a working girl to kill for kicks?

I'm late to the party on this post... but playing cards are traditionally used at parties to cut up lines of snortables. New party, new deck. Nobody wants to dive into a pile of whatever with dirty playing cards.

Regarding no Mann Act Charges in this case. Could it be that law enforcement did not want to lay any charges, because the lawyers of any potential defendants could possibly implicate LE or politicians or certain individuals in open court?

Whilst reviewing information on serial killers and particularly information from expert John Douglas I came across a documentary about a case in Alaska in the 1980s-90s which John Douglas assisted police on.

It's called 'A Hunter's Game' Here is the link -

There are some striking simularities between this case and the Long Island serial killer case:

* Bodies had deteriorated into skeletons when found, in terrain the was remote/not often visited by people in wilderness/parklands in shallow graves sometimes only partially covered.
* Victims were young women, killer was careful in selecting women who were alone/vunerable - many were runaways, prostitues and exotic dancers.
* There was a case of a young woman who was abducted and held by the killer but managed to escape - she was found running partially naked in handcuffs and managed to flag down a passing car. She went straight to police and was able to give accurate descriptions of the area and house and suspect. Police went and investigated suspect at his house and made searches of his car and property. These searches turned up nothing.
* Unfortunately because of distrust between the victim and police (due mainly to her young age 17 and her work as a prostitute) and lack of evidence, they dismissed the case against him. One cop believed her though and continued to compile information on him.
This made me think of Shannen Gilbert and her desperate 911 call from Joseph Brewer's house. We may never know what exactly happened that night but the coincidences are eerie similar. Police searches of Brewers house and car also turned up nothing but that does not prove his innocence.
* I know police have cleared him as a suspect but if they did still suspect him and just didnt find or have enough evidence would they really want it known publicly that they are still investigating him as a poi ???? The smart thing is to clear him and lull him into a false sense of security in the hope he makes a mistake.
I believe that this is what is happening right now. They know it's him but they don't have enough evidence yet, they are biding their time and still searching for evidence.
Also very revealing that a recent post on websleuths from a local revealed even though Brewer has moved into his mother's home in West Islip, local police are still monitoring him by driving by his house.

Here it is 2019, and I can say last night at NYE I found an unusual amount of real estate purchases that began around May 29, 2010-May 2013. Totals about 2 million dollars. Starts 29 days after she disappears. He was unemployed to my knowledge. Opened a liquor store. Bought the commercial property and I assume all the inventory. He seemed to be swimming in money after she went missing. I can't figure out where the money came from.

Nice reply as well as food for thought, TY.

I could see that clearly someone introduce JB to picking up the girls. I get that definately others have been involved IMO.
I do think JB is cocky enough to go it alone like "The Hillside Stranglers".
I do think Joesph Brewer is as cold as Ice & has a total entitlement issue..IMO
I do think he thinks he is smart, but leeching off ones family & putting his WIFE, Daughter & Family members scrambling to save there assets & well their established Respect. See how an IDiot like Brewer distoys....others.... more so than himself.
Joesph Brewer IMO has every bit of a Sociopath and MORE.
Cold Blooded Killer/s.

Why wasn't Joesph Brewer to stupid to hire an escort?????
Why would he ask MP to talk with LE, Shannan 911 call, he wasn't that stupid to be the only person than...pretty thought out...IMO.
Why is Joesph Brewer Smart enough to have parties?
Why did Joesph Brewer leave as soon as Bodies turned up?
Why did Joesph Brewer have his house renovated when it was search & is in question? More important evidence is always found on second searches according to statistics, because the search is now focused & police theory are looking for certain evidence.

Summer is coming & Long Island residence depend on renting their properties as they have a few months to make the monies. Businesses are hurting in the area, the community is hurting, tax payers are hurting & the LONGER this/these SK are out there this ....community remains hostage & who wants to vacation in a grave yard withg SERIAL KILLER/S on the loose.
No doubt this/these people may feel the pressure & kill outside there community by picking up people off the streets IMO! Now anything is possible, so let's expect the unexpected...Being proactive & getting this UNFIXABLE, DERANGED.....KILLER ....BEHIND BARS. The community is paying for their actions....when will they get fed up. The house Market is Nil.

Justice will be served IMO & any helpers will be ACCOUNTABLE IMO.

He left November 2010, one month before the first four were found, actually.

I am assuming you are speaking of Joseph Brewer making the real estate purchases. I believe his parents were wealthy to some extent. I would not be surprised if he also had some non-legitimate sources of income. It would be relatively easy for law enforcement and the IRS to review his income tax fillings, and see if his declared income would be sufficient to finance the purchases you mention.

Remember that in Robert Kolker's book "Lost Girls" he quotes Brewer as saying: If the truth comes out there are going to be a lot of cops with pie on their faces.
I wonder what he meant with that remark?

Brewer's family owned a liquor store on Higbie Lane. Harry Feingold's brother Marc may have a towing company right next door.

Harry and Marc were major drug dealers in Suffolk County that were arrested in 1985 for those crimes. When Harry got out from his prison sentence he went into the sex and *advertiser censored* business.

In 2000, Harry bought a house on Oak Beach for a 'reported' $225K. In May, 2004 he sold that house to Bellone's BFF for $825K when Internet searches only put the house worth only $425K. BFF secured 2 mortgages for a total of $700K. How he do dat? At that time that house was listed as an address one could send donations to The Friend's of Steve Bellone.

Great. Could they do that, please?

Either they have already checked his tax records and found nothing, or are not interested in investigating Brewer.

As Hawkshaw stated that in Robert Kolker's book "Lost Girls" he quotes Brewer as saying: If the truth comes out there are going to be a lot of cops with pie on their faces. One therefore could see why LE might not be searching too hard for the truth.

@WINDSOR Well. They better start doing something before the feds do.

He also said he would never kill a soul...but he'd kill a mouse, he thought Shannan was a rat.

Those tattoos look like slot machine cherries. That scorpion tattoo and cherry tattoo can be her zodiac sign or it can connect back to Foxwoods or other casino as some type of brand?

The other craigslist killer Philip Markoff was at Foxwoods right after he robbed Trisha of $800 at a hotel in Boston. He was massively in debt. He won about $5,600 at Foxwoods? Went back, killed a girl. Police nabbed him driving back to Foxwoods.

This was 2009 a year before the other girls went missing. One of which was a girl with family that worked there that had a party with casino friends according to Sarah Carnes which is when she allegedly mentioned making money by escorting and started driving for Maureen.

What if these girls were on a hit list? Gambling debt is how they chose their patsys?

This case is a cluster ****.

What is interesting to me regarding Pak and Brewer and their relationship with the criminal justice system is the fact that both were clearly violating a number of State and Federal laws on the night Shannan died, yet neither has had any criminal charges laid against them.

On the other hand, on Long Island that night, I am sure a number of individuals were charged with traffic offenses such speeding and improper turns and faced much greater penalties than JB and MP have.

I am very aware of the need for strict traffic enforcement to protect the public, however to me the gravity of wrongdoing that occured in Oak Beach seems to million times more serious than those traffic violations.

If there is anybody who is involved in the criminal justice system who follows this forum, I would love to hear why no charges have been laid, even misdemeanor ones.
