Man wanted for shooting estranged wife in Chesterfield; Second possible victim missing

What a mess. Domestic violence is always so sad.

The assailant and his ex appear to have two kids together.
Edit: Correction!
"Friends said Federico has a teenage son and daughter from a previous marriage. Court document show the suspect and victim did not have kids together."
Divorce lawyer: Shooting victim was ‘extremely scared’ of estranged husband

And the guy hasn't been arrested yet actually.

Is this the same family?

Yes, this is all the same family relations. This crazy family group lived just a few miles from my house out in the co7ntry. Very quiet area until this hell was unleased. Crazy and sad.

In November, Joshua Federico received two life sentences plus 43 years for attempting to murder his estranged wife and murdering her live-in-boyfriend on Aug. 24, 2018. While incarcerated at Riverside Regional Jail, Joshua Federico arranged to have his brother meet with a prospective hit man to kill people related to the murder, including Sarah Grove Federico, her father and her brother. The killer he tried to hire was actually a state police special agent working undercover after authorities learned of the plot.

In an agreement reached with prosecutors, Joshua Federico pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit capital murder, attempted capital murder, solicitation to commit capital murder and obstruction of justice. He was sentenced to 110 years in prison with 100 years suspended.

At a separate hearing last week, Joseph Federico pleaded no contest to two counts of conspiracy to commit capital murder, solicitation to commit capital murder and obstruction of justice. He was sentenced to 70 years in prison with 55 years suspended. Wendy Federico, the brothers’ mother, was also charged in the plot, but died of cancer while awaiting trial.

The day after the Federicos were convicted in the murder-for-hire plot, four of the five charges were dropped against a co-defendant who assisted the prosecution of the brothers, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported. Constantine “Dino” Trikoulis pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of obstruction of justice. He was given a 12-month suspended jail term.
