Lee County Sheriff's Office Press Release: LCSO Seeking Community Assistance as they Search for Missing Adult

The Lee County Sheriff's Office is hopeful that community assistance will result in the location of a missing adult.

Matthew Beale, a 29-year-old Fort Myers Beach resident, has not been seen nor heard from since Wednesday, October 17, 2018.

Matthew is a white male, approximately 5'11" in height and approximately 160 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes and it is unknown what he was wearing last.

Matthew may be in an agitated or depressed state. Please contact Detective Watkins or Detective Morgan at 239-477-1000 should you have any information regarding Matthew's whereabouts.

2011 incident:
A Bonita Springs man who sports a tattoo that reads "forgive all that offend you" is accused of stealing a friend's truck and crashing it Monday night.

Matthew R. Beale, 21, of an undisclosed address on Pennsylvania Avenue, was charged with grand theft auto and driving while intoxicated and causing property damage.
