I listened to the tape again and you are correct, I was wrong.
What John Ray did say is that the Police brought Mari into Hackett's house after Shannan's remains were found. They took her onto Hackett's balcony to show Mari where Shannan was found in the marsh.

AFTER John Ray's baby mama (mother of his child, but not his legal wife) got fired from her job directing the choir at Church.

So I included a small snip from a transcript in which there was an emergency hearing
in front of a Judge because Ray had a restraining order against him and not allowed
to enter the church, and he got in front of a Judge for a decision, because, according
to him, he wanted to go to mass on Mothers Day and this church has an actual mass
in old fashioned Latin.
So the Judge was asking opposing counsel, "If Mr. Ray went to church on Sunday morning,
is this church going to go down in flames?"

If I understand correctly, JR filed a motion asking Judge Berland to impose sanctions (against SCPD for failure to comply). No decision was made regarding that motion. Additionally, there was PIC/OSC (preindictment conference/order to show cause) scheduled for 1/7 or 1/8. Which I very poorly (i.e. I'm just guessing!) interpret as...

I told you before and I'm telling you for the last time,
the punishment and the sanctions are proposed against Michael Pak.
John Ray asked me for Pak's address on June 1 of this year.
I told Pak and Pak called Ray because he is a nincompoop.
Ray only wanted Paks address to depose Pak, and Pak was under
the false sense of security that 8 years and 1 month had gone by
and that he was off the hook, while his co-conspirator
the doc, was ON the hook.
I, myself am pessimistic that the lawsuit will be resolved satisfactorily
simply because the government in many cases refuses to divulge the information to the judge and the lawyer,
and Windsor's favorite lawyer is going to be disbarred in 2019 for violations against Shannan Gilbert,
Mari Gilbert, Sherre Gilbert, Sarra Gilbert and Stevie Smith in the canon of ethics that lawyers
take an oath to obey.
John took $25,000 cash from a certain crime syndicate
family that resides in Oak Beach to depose Hackett and all the
same people that this crime syndicate family hates.
What is their interest in this lawsuit against the doc,
except the fact that they have slandered the docs name
for about 8 years, defaming him on numerous websites,
in thousands, if not millions of posts.
It is a 3rd party inserting themselves into a 2 party lawsuit.
The courts, and or Hackett's lawyer will do what ever they
do to John Ray and this crime syndicate family.
Was the cash payment was a cash bribe, because it's
awful strange that they never filled out the proper
paperwork to tell opposing counsel that they "donated"
(cough cough AHEM) or,
"donated" the monies, therefore it's a secret.
There are formalities by the rules of law that
are to be filled out when a 3rd
party involves themselves in a 2party lawsuit.
First and foremost is that the crime syndicate family can
influence John Ray and the workings of this lawsuit.
Secondly, you will notice that Ray never deposed, nor
sued Pak, a man who was at the scene of the crime.
I can tell you that this said syndicate crime family
did not TELL JR to go after Pak o lies, and so John didn't.
But, don't believe me
ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.
Pak was the only person Shannan was running from,
Pak drover her there, and he lives and operates in
a crime syndicate a true criminal enterprise.
Last, but not least, Judge Berland placed a "stay" on the
case.
John's movement in this case is once again frozen.
His hands are tied.
Ray can't get near Pak, and Pak doesn't have to be deposed.
Fred&Edna - you are doing very well, as you are not an attorney,
nor seem to have any attorneys at your elbow to help you.
You are doing very well by trying, lawyers go to law school for
3 years after they complete their college education, and that
is why the law is written BY lawyers for lawyers so that
the people have to HIRE an attorney, because otherwise
we, the common people will never understand the law.
I am very proud of you for trying. It's not easy,
the only reason I know that this "punishment" Is
for Pak is because, as crazy as it is, John Ray told me.

Finally Lady Gaga you have done an excellent job in discovering what actually happened in Oak Beach. You also seem to know who did what and why and who all the individuals involved are.
As well you have been in contact with various legal agencies that have prosecution powers. Is there any reason that you can think of, with all the information you have shared with the authorities, why haven't charges been laid and arrest been made?

You did a perfect job of explaining it. One has to file an OSC when the opposing party doesn’t comply with a previous order of the court. I’m not quite sure why they lumped the Pre-Indictment Conference with the OSC though. Anyway, Judges normally give the responding party some leeway to produce whatever they were ordered to produce. If they don’t do it after this next OSC there is a good chance that the plaintiff’s next motion will ask for terminating sanctions. What is the difference between an affadavit and heresay? Does an affidavit contain hearsay?
It's fully admissible in a specific type of trial, one that is about criminal RICO or a civil RICO case.
This is the Gilbert's civil suit against Hackett for wrongful death? It's a real shame, she could have won this suit if she had let the investigation play out.

Regarding the status of of the court proceedings to have the tapes released, I have learned from a reliable source in the Suffolk County judicial system the following.
-Suffolk County appealed to the Appellate Division, Judge Berland's order to turn over the tapes to John Ray.
-If the Appellate were to rule in the County's favor, the County would not have to turn over the tapes.
-John Ray, also made a motion to the Appellate Division to toss out the County's appeal, or order the County to turn over the tapes.
John Ray's motion to Judge Berland was for sanctions, not contempt, and he effectively ordered it in abeyance pending the Appellate Court decision.
Let us hope that the Appellate rules quickly and in favor of the release of the tapes.
