There are people who have confirmed he was at Samuels bar on Saturday, some say hanging with his friends and I've also been told he was seen talking to an older white woman at the bar. It's been said he was seen being escorted out by what appeared to be security, but if I'm hanging out with friends and one of them gets escorted out... someone is going to follow them to see what's going on. The fact that he's gone missing after that escort, strange.

Search to find missing 23-year-old Springfield man continues

Springfield Police told Western Mass News that Bailey was last seen leaving Samuel’s Saturday night at the Basketball Hall of Fame but did not return home, and his cell phone either died or was turned off hours later.

Bailey is described as being 5'7'' tall and weighs 170 pounds and was last seen wearing green khaki pants, a pullover sweatshirt, and a green winter jacket.

Over the last two days, detectives and officers searched for hours along the Connecticut River.

I hope it isn’t like so many stories we’ve seen here where a young man is in a bar with friends, doesn’t have his own vehicle with him, and gets put out of the bar without his friends, jacket or any way to get home...his poor family!

I'm not sure if this is directed towards me but I'm his co-worker and have been in contact with his friends and family. This information was taken right off of his facebook account, I'm simply trying to keep this forum and his facebook information up to date ruth one another. There are things being said and great information being shared in both places and I think that it needs to continue.

Thank you dr Jones for all the updates. So we at least know that he was picked up on some cameras after leaving the bar. I really hope that he's found safe and sound. The longer he is missing the more worrisome it becomes. My thoughts are with his family.

Thanks for posting this. I watched the video several times. He seemed to be walking at a pretty casual pace, not stumbling and his head was up, so he didn’t give off the vibe of being depressed. Of course, that’s just an opinion of someone watching a second or 2 of his entire night, and also completely JMO.

the only thing i can say is it *might* show him veer a little as if he is going to walk into the man coming toward him, and then he corrects his path, can you see that at all? im not convinced of it, but it would fit in with some other things that are being said that unfortunately we cant discuss here yet. hopefully someone will put out a new article with some of the newer details.

I watched it a few more times. He DOES appear to slightly veer to his left. I’m not sure if it was to sidestep the guy in the striped shirt or if he just decided to go left slightly. Or if he was a bit unsteady and weaved, like someone who’d drank a bit too much. It’s hard to tell. I do think he seems casual and unbothered. It’s so hard to tell. I’m rarely on fb, so I haven’t kept abreast of any news about him on there. I’m worried about him. He seems like such a good person, and that not coming home is extremely out of character for him. jmo
