I don’t believe for one minute that KB ever “ran off”. She wouldn’t leave her child with PF and just run off. She would have protected her child. I believe, like so many women, she thought she could change his bad boy behaviors and she trusted him to care for their daughter while she worked. I am sure she felt the baby was also safe with Grandma Frazee, while she was at work. I doubt seriously that he ever had that baby on her days off. She even suggested to her mother that maybe PF would help her to pick out a Christmas tree with their daughter. She also said she and baby K were having dinner with PF for Thanksgiving.
KB’s only mistake was trusting the wrong man. What a piece of crap he is!

Forgive me if this sounds harsh, but I speak as a mother. I could care less about the safety of someone who knew my child was about to be murdered and not only did nothing, she chose to participate in the crime, knowing full well whose phone she was placing texts from and disposing of to give her lover an alibi to get away with murder. What was she thinking, that she was going to ride off into the sunset with her cowboy and live happily ever after? SICK! According to her BFF, KL KNEW KB was "missing" as of at least Nov.25th. I bet she knew SO much more and earlier. Just not feeling any sympathy in that direction what-so-ever. And as far a KL being an important witness against PF, they better have something more "solid" than her because the defense is going to make mince meat out of her. Her involvement is inexcusable.

Not harsh at all.
KL, her bff, and the Rs have to live with this their whole lives. I wish them anything but joy.

You’re totally right. And I feel sick to my stomach imagining that my child was murdered and someone knew about it, didn’t prevent it, and participated. I’d have zero sympathy knowing that my lovely and beautiful child was gone. Gone are the future hopes and opportunities for memory building, and gone are the laughters together about the past memories.

It is one thing for me to sit here and objectively and intellectually think about the different reasons and angles of those involved in the crime.

BUT, if this was about my child being murdered under similar circumstances...well, I’d need a bucket to throw up in, tear catchers to last me a lifetime, and the rest I shouldn’t say on here...

We teach our children to speak up about potential school shootings, bullying, and other dangers and crimes...but these professional people do nothing. They are morally and ethically corrupt.
They have the gall to go to the media for their 15 minutes of fame.

I don't believe it for one minute either. No way. He was talking crap to his friends about her to make her look bad- all the while it was himself that was bad.

One of the most baffling things in life is when a woman gives her love to a man and in return gets murdered by him. It truly boggles the mind.
Venting again...
It's much more than a stupid individual that doesn't just walk away. It's this very deep dysfunction that's something I can't comprehend. I wonder what Watts is thinking now as he stares at the walls that trap him, more than he felt in marriage? Does he realize yet that he will be staring at those walls when he takes his last breath? Does he understand yet that he could have just walked away? Same as the rest of them. Is Frazee still in denial that he will be free? Mind boggling for sure. What makes them have such distorted tunnel vision that they think they will get away with murder, while leaving such obvious evidence??

Let’s make sure that Frazee is convicted before we accept he will be staring at the four walls. The DA needs to lock this down. I am sure he will but I am not celebrating just yet.
I don’t think CW feels anything. Neither does SP and neither does PF.

I don’t think PF is keeping mum to cause more pain...he is simply not going to talk as he won’t ever admit doing, or knowing, anything. If he can, he will let KK go down on her own without ever saying a word. As long as he remains silent, his lawyer is allowed to create alternate suspects jmo.

Her employer, St Luke Health System, has roughly 126,000 employees, after just laying off 14,000. Their facilities stretch across western Oregon and all of southern Idaho. There is a drastic shortage of Registered Nurses in this country, which is more pronounced in the western states. "on Leave of Absence" by the definition that someone posted earlier, means for a fixed length of time, which could have been one day. Large hospitals usually maintain on campus temporary housing for travelling nurses and physicians "ad locum". News gatherers are generally not allowed on hospital campuses without an escort.
She could be anywhere in millions of square miles spanning two states and be instantly available to LE and be immune from the press and be working for a living like so many people have to do............ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
However, I prefer to imagine Tahiti. I've heard it's very nice this time of year.
IMO

IMO, KL is not working as a RN somewhere else. Her license is probably under review and it would be a really bad PR move to let her work somewhere else right now. Her name has been in the media so much that any patient could recognize her and file suit with claims of negligence or assault. I would not be surprised if her license is revoked at some point. JMO.

Oh let me tell you, if any nurse like her was treating me and I found out afterwards, you can bet your sweet bippies I would raise the roof there and everywhere else. Until she is completely cleared of any wrong doing, to which I don't see happening, she better not be working, under her own name or a fake name. I do not think she is working as nurse at all.

I think Scott Peterson, Watts, and now Frazee think they can charm paint off the walls of their cells until the very last appeal. (All innocent until proven otherwixe.)

Colorado is home to one of only a few body farms in the country. Colorado Mesa University runs the research facility outside Grand Junction that places donated bodies outside in the elements as scientists study the process after death.

When I heard of a body farm in CO, I asked myself, if a perp could have dumped his victim at such a farm.
I would doubt that being possible as the body farm is most likely a very guarded scientific research facility , some of the bodies have been donated to science and they study and collect specific things with these bodies. My Father donated his body to Science a project called Genesis it is located in Tennessee , that facility there uses cadavers as learning tools for young surgeons to perform ortho scoping procedures , joint replacement etc. IMO the CO body farm would be a documented controlled environment . They would notice an extra body.

It is my understanding that since any body farm is associated with university forensics, you must donate your remains upon death. They are not "open" to the general public, nor would I think you would want them to be. ;)

<modsnipped quoted post and reply> I wonder what KB's impression was of PF the first time they met in person? Did he totally play himself off as a white hat wearing good guy, or was he a bad boy from the beginning. Some bad boys are hard to resist even to good girls which I totally think KB was , just inexperienced with a player and a controlling man. I would not trust a dating sight be it Farmer, Rancher or Rich Ole F-rts.com

Friend says Kelsey Berreth was ‘adventurous’, ‘sharp’
Haywood said she wants to honor the life and memory of her dear friend in the face of tragedy.

“You know, it was absolutely devastating when I first heard that she had gone missing,” Haywood said. “You see this stuff in the news all the time, but it’s never been this close to home with someone you grew up with.”

Haywood, speaking to News 5’s Sam Kraemer over Skype, said Berreth was like a little sister to her.

They spent countless days together in grade school. Haywood knew Berreth as an adventurous, outdoorsy and responsible.

“When you first meet Kelsey, she’s super shy, very quiet. But behind that quiet exterior is someone that’s very sharp, very intelligent,” Haywood said.

Haywood said she never spoke to Berreth about her relationship with Patrick Frazee. She was, though, happy that Berreth found love.

It's very sad that someone as trusting, loving, hard working and kind found someone so sick to be with, but one thing we need to remember- he's had a lot of people defend him, if you will, to the media, saying he was a great guy, hard working, etc. Yet his ex-girlfriend's current partner came forward and said to the media that PF cheated on his ex girlfriend while she was in the hospital- so it appears that the only ones that saw the darker side to PF was the women he unfortunately for them, dated. From outward appearances, it doesn't look like any in his own social circle saw what was festering inside.

So sad even her friend has to tip toe around the real issue. 'Borderline emotionally abusive'.
Make no mistake about abuse.
There is no such thing as borderline, but Kelsey's friend already knows this.
It breaks my heart that even Kelsey's friend has to walk on eggshells.
Especially considering the fact that CK stated Kesley has taken off before, and sung Patrick's praises. The false narrative, and victim shaming.
It makes me so angry.
Tip toe, walk on eggshells...
PF was wearing pink handcuffs for a reason.
That in itself speaks VOLUMES!!!
