Deborah Carver, 59, was last seen in Cedar City on Tuesday, April 28. She has multiple health conditions, including early stages of dementia. Carver, who was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming, is described as a white woman of average build with blue eyes and grey hair. She is 5-foot, 2-inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are still under investigation.

Still missing and public searchers were out today:

Volunteers will meet to search for Deborah Carver at 11 a.m. at the Southwest Center Behavioral Health Center parking lot at 245 E. 680 South in Cedar City, according to Shelley Sanchez, a friend of Carver who organized the search.

Sgt. Jimmy Roden, CCPD public information officer, said new developments have not been made. Anyone who may have information is urged to call the CCPD at (435) 586-2956.

“A big part of Deb is that she is always looking out for people with struggles,” Sanchez said. “She didn’t have much money, but she would pay the less fortunate to do chores for her. She was very active in the community, and she was always giving back.”

Riverside County Coroner is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating family of an adult female who died of natural causes. She is believed to be in her 50’s to early 60’s, living in a tent behind a business, located in the 2200 block of 3rd Street, in the City of Riverside. Description: 5' 4" in height, approximately 92 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair. She was wearing a gray sweater and gray sweatpants. She has a tattoo to her inner left lower leg, which is indiscernible. She was known by other transients as “Deborah,” but all attempts to positively identify her have been unsuccessful. Medical Conditions Carver was in the early stages of dementia at the time of her disappearance, and had other medical problems as well. She was diagnosed with schizophrenia as a teenager. She may be disoriented and confused as the result of her conditions.
Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian female. Gray hair, blue eyes. Carver has a tattoo of a five-pointed star on her left foot and left hand. She wears eyeglasses with plastic frames, but it's unclear whether she has them with her. Carver smokes cigarettes.

Details of Disappearance
Carver was last seen in Cedar City, Utah on April 28, 2015. She attended the Tulip Festival in Lehi, Utah with people from the Southwest Behavioral Health Center (SWBHC), which provided her with psychiatric and psychosocial care.

She was last seen sitting near the front door of her Cedar Springs apartment that night, when a staff member from SWBHC brought her her medication. She has never been heard from again.

In spite of her mental illness, it's uncharacteristic of Carver to leave without warning. Her case remains unsolved.

Circumstances of Disappearance
On May 1, 2015 Deborah Carver's brother called to report there had been no contact with Deborah since April 28, 2015. Deborah's phone, purse and personal affects were all found inside her apartment. Deborah's vehicle was also left in the parking lot of her apartment. Nobody had seen her leave the apartment and there was no information to indicate where she had gone or who she may have been with.
