Thanks! I am looking too. There were originally 4 or 5 counts against him and I saw them posted online last week. It shows 1 murder 1 solicitation but showed 2 and 3 before.
There were 2 murder charges and 3 solicitations in total. We would expect 1 murder charge to drop and all three solicitations to stay. Who knows? These could get consolidated if related to KK.

It’s still entirely possible that he used a gun, I’ve just never been a fan of that theory.

I suppose that it’s a little more likely now, as we know from the civil suit that Kelsey did in fact own a gun.

I’m just bothered by how loud it would have been, especially considering how close the neighboring houses are.

Regardless of it being a holiday.

A gun could tie in with your bathtub scenario. If I was threatened with a gun, my first thought would be to run to the bathroom and lock myself in there. I wouldn't pick up the baby for sure.

Perhaps she was shot in the tub. Agree it would be very loud.

That sounds reasonable. I edited to add that I may have seen all of the charges on the court website, and not the jail's. So I was surprised shocked see just 2 on the jail site. So confusing. Can't wait until Tuesday!

@NoeticSoul, her ss doesn't show the left side but there's this! Lol

We've all been speculating since day one and the infamous Cinnamon Bunscape. :D

It wouldn't shock me to see a gun involved, <her neighbor next door was actually out of town IIRC> with all the twists and chaos and cast of characters there has been in this case. Just one more business day.

MOO
This is awful but I would postulate strangulation or suffocation due KB's size and the tension that existed between the two in his mind. This is more personal. Now what he has done with her and keeping her body from her mother is another matter all together I fear.

I had the exact same takeaway.

This is a guy who doesn’t like authority, and almost certainly, doesn’t like a woman doing anything that he perceives as a put down.

It’s pretty clear that Kelsey was a strong, independent woman, and that certainly would rub him the wrong way.

He is a man-child whose motto appears to be “my way or the highway.”

How dare you damage my perfectly crafted facade!
Exactly. Which is why I feel he wouldn’t have used a gun. There is a rage there. I think he would’ve done this with his bare hands. Because he could.

Well I guess we’ll just have to wait until Tuesday.

I am anticipating a lot of clarity here.

I’m not reading anything into this, atleast until the media reports on it.
As the saying goes, "If it sounds to good to be true......
If two solicitation charges were dropped I'd assume they caught KK in a lie or two which would mean her deal has flown out the window. Regrettably, I think that's too good to be true :(

I don’t think they have been dropped, nor do I think they will be dropped.

I think the charges will stand, with the exception of the felony murder (robbery) scenario.

I am hopeful from the level of detail we are seeing from CB that she started collecting facts and evidence very early even in her complete panic and heartbreak. I have felt early on she may have involved LE earlier for advice on what to do. This just based on gut feel of what I would do had there been prior tension as a mother. I think she will be a strong witness.

I think you are right though, they may be ready to whittle down to one theory of murder 1.

Yes, I would think that because of the holiday there may have been even more people around. Aren't Townhouses usually pretty close together?
Are silencers expensive? Are they easy to get? Can you buy them anyplace that sells guns?

Can we look into PF’s family. I would like to know what happened to his father. Are his siblings from the same father? Is Frazee his mother’s maiden name or his fathers last name? Not sure about the rules but if his sister tried to plant false information on WS seems we should be able to have some insight allowed. The questions could have all been answered and I missed them.

Welcome to WS as of Monday. There have been a couple of other posters that came under this thread since December, that may not go with in terms of service. Please read the terms of service. We are not allowed to sleuth the families.

Yeah, the houses are really close together.

Suppressors are legal in most states, but they are regulated and require a lengthy waiting period.

If one of them purchased a suppressor, there would be a paper trail.

I truly don’t believe a gun was used, but if it was, I highly doubt PF used a suppressor.

They are seldom used in crimes, and the gun is still loud.

What about mood stabilizers? I think that's what was meant in the OP, since mood altering meds were mentioned.
I don't think it's a factor in this case, but I'm curious now.
