Not so sure about that. Why am I thinking the eldest daughter was his and not CJ's? I could have it all wrong. I don't remember where , when , or how I saw her. I do remember thinking she was lovely and poised which made me think he can't be all that bad. Does anybody else recall this?

Exactly. After reading PM's book, he mentions that CJ actually has *5* kids. JM had already supported them, while CM was in jail. He definitely was the type of guy, who may have felt somewhat responsible, if CM was arrested yet again (which wasn't going to be another month or so, in jail) and probably would've ended up footing the bills, AGAIN.

WOW. First I have heard of him supporting the family.I didn't read Patrick's book.

I didn't move to assert anything, the DEFENSE did.

There is way more information than just the links I shared, I did say I only clicked the first 3 that came up. I have read about transfer DNA before this, this not a new phenomenon, it isn't "made up" science. JMO

It depends on the expert lol The paint expert... it was like watching paint dry LOL Sometimes I wish they can just say what they need to say and get off the stand!!!!

Question if Joey even made it home that day... question whether they were even killed in that home. Primary sources... do you mean the FACTS? lol Because I would love to stick to the facts... there is so much rumour in this case it's hard to weed through what is fact or fiction.

no, no no... not a dig! And you are not the only one! To me, it just shows me how little the prosecution has been able to show so far ,and we are what? 6 weeks in? (okay they are baby weeks with the way this court is) But that's terrible IMO

And I 100% agree with you about questioning things. I think I came into this trial thinking they had way more. It sure feels like 2010 in here some days and we still don't know much more!

Chase needed a intervention not more money to burn through.

Thank you! I just can't listen to all of it again haha I do think I recall that from the first time listening too, but wasn't sure. I listened again over the last few days, and because posts were coming up talking about the "alibi", I was listening for it more and still didn't hear it. I would like to know when they were first asked where they were that night... was it be SD or SB? 4 years later seems ridiculous, but nothing shocks me here.

Based on spreadsheets posted of EIP clients from 2007 - 2009, I don’t remember seeing that many corporate clients. I remember more individual names (could be residential.) It would have been a good practice for EIP to have asked for testimonials from their corporate clients to foster more business. I don’t recall seeing any of those either. Maybe it just wasnt a marketing practice they used and instead relied solely on SEO ranking for new business.

The only EIP reviews I recall were negative ones and that was after Joey went missing.

Maybe it was an issue previous to knowing Joey? I know the State has mentioned that he went to the casino after they disappeared, but I don't recall that they ever mentioned that he went previous to them disappearing. If he's an addict, surely we should see that he frequented the casino's all the time. Hate to admit it, but I think I go more than he did in Feb/March 2010 LOL

I think there was speculation the oldest wasn't his but I have more than one person confirm to me all 3 are his, but his relationship to them is more like accessories. Not typical father/daughter/son relationships.
