With two belts, drug use is more likely. He could have developed a chronic illness (like HIV/AIDS) this way.

It seems like the clothing is very mixed. Pierced ears could go either way, long painted nails and heels sounds feminine, jeans and a baseball cap sounds masculine. The nails tell us he was likely not a stranger to dressing as a woman and had probably been doing so for a period of time. Maybe he was a crossdresser/drag queen and not trans. Maybe he was just doing his own thing with what he liked. We can't assume and should be open to possibilities here.

As was mentioned, I'm also curious about the lipstick marks. If they were kisses, he likely came from a social event (Christmas party?). If he was using lipstick as rouge, I wonder if he was wearing any other makeup.

Any thoughts on the turtleneck being worn backwards? Could someone else have dressed him postmortem?

Unfortunately some transgenders' end up as prostitutes for various reasons...I wonder if his health issues has anything to do with his lifestyle...If so you would think he would seek medical treatment...Regardless of his lifestyle they don't deserve to have their lives taken...

There are several medical clinics in the area where his body was found...I'm unsure which was in operation in 1994, but the Baltimore City Health Department is a good guess...It's possible they could still have medical records, but they are probably stored offsite...

The LBGTQ community should've been contacted...It seems like a close knit community...Someone had to know the victim...

Mario Harrington seems like a real possibility to me. He disappeared two years before our UID died. He was the right height and from the right area. In my opinion, he resembles the UID. Picture him with a little weight loss and I think they could be one in the same. The only discrepancy is the glasses.

I've found these three guys of whom one may be our UID. The first two are quite young (19yo) in comparison to the UID's description. But we all know how age goes...especially given the UID had some kind of chronic disease. HIV/AIDS/CHEMO/etc. combined with certain lifestyle choices/living conditions could age or roughen up younger folks. That's not necessarily true in this case but it is a possibility (imo).

Another guy I came across is named Herman Brown 37yo (DLS 07/01/1994) but I can't see much of a resemblance because he appears so young in the photo and my eyes appear so old and tired and red and.... Maybe @carlk90295 and you experienced Sleuthers can take a peek at him. He's from Milwaukee but was last seen in Memphis, TN. It's confusing but this is how it's worded on the link provided.

I think Kenneth Wayne Watters looks the most like the UID. His nose looks slightly wider but the UID seems to have had a broken nose and that can drastically change the look of it. Kenneth also looks like he has make-up on in that picture.
