Also from the article:

"The relationship between Frazee and that woman is unclear, and she is not a suspect and never been identified as a person of interest in the case.

She was however just a few miles away from where Berreth’s phone pinged in Idaho on November 25, and contacted Frazee at the exact time the missing mother’s cellular was registered by a nearby tower.

The woman, 39, has also been employed in the medical field, so there is a chance she may have been a friend of Frazee’s mistress, Kenney.

At 5.14pm on November 25, Berreth’s phone pinged a tower near the off ramp for Malad Gorge State Park.

It is never registered again after that point, and 10 minutes later Frazee is called from the woman’s phone, who lives less than 10 miles away from the park."

Final stop: That number called Frazee 10 minutes after Berreth's phone last registered on November 25 near Malad Gorge State Park in Idaho (file photo of park above)
I bet she borrowed her phone, or maybe even used her as a middle person to communicate with PF. Imo

Sometimes exposure to sunlight discolors hay bales, sometimes exposure to moisture(rain, stored under a hole in the roof) does. It's hard to say without seeing the discoloration, and smelling the hay (mold has distinctive smell) to figure out why it's discolored.

It's interesting that she was able to point it out though.

Maybe the tote was leaking?

Quite possibly, if PF had banged the tote around quite a bit while transferring it places he could have put a crack in it and not known.

You are not alone in some of your thoughts. And there are many questions. Some think they are wrapped up and all makes sense; others don't. I am a questioner myself. I don't like it when dots do not connect. And I really do not like when some of the dots come from those that have lied.

We have no proof he took her out the day of Thanksgiving. None. It does not mean proof may not exist but we have no such evidence that we have seen nor heard thus far. Your point about no blood in the body after a day or two was interesting. As is your point that it would not be easy to put her in a tote. They cannot do a time of death. There is no way they could. Except on the word of one, or the other or both of the liars.

There are also hints now of PF being back to KB's on the 23rd, and hints that he may have been with KK at the unit on the 24th and possibly at the Sonic with her as well. We also then find he was at this Slagle's like day after day yet no mention is made of that in what KK was told. Thus far anyhow. Lots to question...

I for one do not think this is going to be wrapped up in a pretty bow for the jury, I think they will try. I think the prosecution will do their best with the facts they have, the lying star witness who was involved and to make it as linear and factual as possible. Yet even when they show pings and so forth that jury is going to think of phones traveling with the wrong person (KB's), burner phones, lies, borrowed cars, etc. They have their work cut out for them with this case and to get a jury to believe this crazy story and it is crazy. Because as much as they try to make it clear, the defense will come in and muddy and poke holes. And they have plenty to do that with.

From what we know so far. imho.
In the end, it will all boil down to this: Did the prosecution convince 12 fair-minded people beyond a reasonable doubt that PF killed KB? What I have seen so far is strongly indicating to me that he did. But the prosecution will have to do a thorough job because some are not so easily convinced. MOO

It honestly wouldn't surprise me if more people were actively involved in the coverup.

However these tiny variations in times are not an indication of that
The trips to
Just dreaming, but I think we should copy and paste Gardener1850's timeline into a document and send it to CC and RS. Just give them something to think about before they open their mouths again. Maybe also include copies of the AA and SW's. They can read, can't they??

Although I'm satisfied they have PF nailed with respect to phone data and video, I'm really unsure of KK's "story" about how things went down on the 22nd. The details about the sweater, candles, bat, tooth and where the murder took place are just PF's "version" of what happened that he told her. We KNOW he's a pathological liar and so is she (unless she's cutting a deal to save her ar$e from prison). But even her "truth" may be a lie if PF made up this cr@ppola. We have no sweater, no candles purchased at Walmart (as far as I know), no bat, no tooth and there's a lot of blood evidence in the bathroom. She was so keen for LE to find evidence to trace back to PF (and her, the idiot) that she got rid of evidence that would have solidified her bizarre story. There's no way to prove or disprove that part of the narrative. I so much hope they find what's left of the black plastic tote and that it contains KB's remains, as sad as that makes me. It would at least make her somewhat credible.

I'm still not buying the solicitation business. I need to see the texts that without a doubt confirm that part of her story or I don't buy it.

It was also enormously convenient that RS lives close to Nash Ranch. RS will be PF's alibi for being in that area. To bad PF can't explain why KB's phone was there too.
Neither can RS.

Maybe, there were officially visits with MaF seeing her and then the unofficially visits (taking off something of the gate by KKL) with MaF not knowing. I don't think, MaF was privy to the whole of "the timeline", PF had created "so very thoroughly". At this point, I could have inserted a ;), BUT I'm afraid of PF being perhaps much smarter than we're assuming. He created so much chaos re timing of it all like ...

surveillance cameras and places of them
super markets/fast food restaurants
phones/burner phones/pings/calls/texts
cars and car keys
places/towns/even states
landfills
cow herds grazing areas)

... back and forth and simultaneously messed up by himself and x= unknown number of people

like ...

lovers
friends
father figures
mothers
brothers
fellow ranchers
even his own little daughter (baby carrier seen or not? 2 different carriers or 1? 2 similar plaids or not? K already taken with him or not? K in his truck or not?).

Perhaps the sly fox wasn't so stupid? Idk ............ :(

I have moments I wonder this too. He comes across as stupid but here we have this convoluted mess while he is smirky and full of it... He thinks LE is dumb and he is smarter. They both do/did...

I forget where it comes from but it is said never tell everyone all parts of your crime. If you have accomplices, let them each know only their part and not why, etc. I mean ideally you tell not another soul the truth and that could be the case here too in large part. Just something as simple as wrong locations, wrong times, etc. given to those that could turn on you and you have a mess of a case to be proven. No body is the biggest if you ask me and I think it is all a lie as to location and what happened to it.

It is only one person saying it, but the former gf on Dateline said he is very, very smart. (paraphrasing). He also told her he knew where to hide a body.

I am starting to wonder if people who knew him or are in his ares were scared of him... There is that type, in most communities...

Many did the same thing in the JC case and I was one. On one hand, the killer seemed very smart and organized, then on the other hand one just had to figure he had dumb luck. This was of course before anyone knew who did it or many other facts.

My mind remains open... Just thoughts...

I thought I understood the 11/22 timeline and the comings and goings from KB's home and the reasons for them. I had thought PF murdered Kelsey between when he returned to her condo from his alibi-making appearance at Walmart and before he phoned KKL and SF, around 4:00 - 4:30. I thought he stayed at KB's during all that interval. But after reading Gardner's timeline (thank you!) I'm now perplexed about the "3:13 PM Walmart" transaction that is listed. Does that mean that he made a SECOND trip to Walmart that afternoon, or that is when his earlier trip posted to his bank account? I thought store transaction time stamps indicated the time of the purchase, but maybe not? If there was a SECOND trip to Walmart, what was that for? That certainly couldn't have been to bolster his untrue timeline of lies, I wouldn't think. If there was a second trip, did he commit the murder before it, or after it? Can anyone explain his 3:13 Walmart transaction? TIA.

I missed the 3:13 pm transaction, where can I find that link? Search warrant?

I finished watching the Dateline program about Kelsey this a.m. and would just like to say, that I am very angry the FEMALE interviewer didn't bring up the possibility of Postpartum Depression, when that red-faced old fool was talking about drinking! It seems to me, that she had a highly stressful life and was trying to make the best of it all. A new job, long commute, a new baby, moving away from her family, (not to mention putting up with abusive, immature PF) these were major changes in her life.
He looks like a creepy little troll, from a horror movie.
MOO

He sure does have an odd stance, he looks like the stereotypical bored man waiting for his wife to finish shopping.

He knows the camera is there imo. He accomplishes a few things here. He looks like caring dad getting things for baby, he has the baby by himself; and he is seen on camera. Yet no one can see the baby. As usual.

I find it very difficult to believe Walmart does not have other angles and focus because shoplifting is the thing and seeing whether anyone could put anything in the baby carrier, their coat, their boot or anything has to be their capability no? Or do they just zoom in when they notice something...? I would guess their cameras are right up there with casino cameras but I could be wrong...

So KB allegedly texts PF about sweet potato casserole (my favorite btw). I believe she sent that text. And then the one after about pecans on top. The picture of him at the Walmart he seeems to be based solely on the stuff I can make out at the top left corner seems to be the supplement aisle. There is nothing wrong with going out for Thanksgiving. Which his family “allegedly” did. But I also believe KB was going to buy food to make a Thanksgiving at her place. And PF was the guest. Poinsettia in the middle of the table. Decorating. Cookie cutters are out. Cinnamon rolls make everything smell nice. he’s like standing in the aisle that had nothing to do with anything she asked him to purchase. He was just wasting time. Jmo. I guess I might be one of the few bad cooks here but I was told by my grandmother to whip out a batch of cinnamon rolls. It doesn’t matter if hey we’re out of a can. Everything smells nice and it looks like you baked. Again JMO

It is exactly how it looks. She was doing the holiday little family thing probably with a lot of hope after being so tired from the night before. The flowers, the casserole, the cookie cutters, and yes, the cinnamon rolls.

A realtor as well will suggest baking cookies not long before a showing. Gives the home a good smell, a cozy vibe.

He seems to be just wanting to be caught on camera at Walmart but they did take a bag with an open can of formula I believe in one of the search warrants... And it appears he is looking towards the formula... Also dog food... So the items may actually have been needed but the purpose was probably still the timing and being seen on camera. imo anyhow...

If the tote was leaking or had discoloration I would trust they took it for forensics for sure. It is interesting to me if she was never on top of the stack that her recall would be that good of which bale, etc. Was one on top of the stack and the other on the tractor? And at some point a ladder was mentioned...

She removes herself from so many things... Pretty much anything she knows that can only be he said/she said without proof... She never saw the body, she never helped get the tote down. He dumped the gas and such in. Etc., etc.

I am not clear on why the nurse used her friend's car for the Thanksgiving trip to Colorado. Was she really using it to cloud her activities since it was risky driving without current registration? And she parked down the street to do the cleaning. She had a day or two to get her pickup back. And all the lies she told to her friends and the friend she borrowed the car from. Quite a secret mission. I don't think she revealed the reason she could not come down immediately, maybe had to be on the job, but had the weekend off.

The College of Southern Idaho (where the nurse got her schooling) also has a class on Horse Shoeing Basics (EQUS 231), and I believe PF and the nurse went to college together for a time.

It’s quite amazing if you think about it, and by amazing, I mean stunningly stupid.

He says he last saw Kelsey when he picked up the baby. He goes to Walmart and is caught on camera. Perfect, that fits.

But then he returns to the house. Now, he didn’t know about the camera, so fair enough.

But then he leaves with her damn cell phone, and its right next to his.

He didn’t think to shut it off.

He didn’t think about the implication of his phone being in the area of her house, for two hours after he last claimed to have seen her.

“Whoops” should be his nickname.
Derp,is more like it. He needs a big belt buckle that says DERP.

No worries.

Dan May is going to knock the prosecution ball right straight out of the park.

With a wooden bat, even.

Love your post!!

If we focus strictly on just the bolded sections above, though, I think it really highlights and drives home the key points.

While I do like "Whoops" as a nickname, I must confess that personally, I'm partial to "Slick," because growing up in my family, any time one of us kids did something especially stupid, we were invariably treated to a "Way to go, Slick!" comment by my dad. So, that nickname has special meaning.

"Hey, PF: Way to go, Slick!"

JMO.
How about smooth move Exlax?
