An indian guy, a lady who died last year, and 1 guy I can't find much on. To complicate matters, the lady who died in 2018 looked like a landlord of the place. who knows.. I think my search goes back to 2003, not much of an online trail prior to that without paying for record sites..

The unidentified remains buried in the backyard of a Richmond Hill house in Queens have been identified… they were not Judith.
They were of a ww1 veteran that was 81 at George Clarence Seitz

I just saw your message to me re: Richard Riesenberg and your questions. Richard never mentioned any specific place he would relocate to he was not THAT trusting. Knowing him and based on our many conversations I don't think he would go to some desert island. He had expressed wanting to go somewhere where he would fade into the crowd as in become part of the population and not attract any attention. I think he would go to a big city, not a suburb but a large metropolitan area where he could become part of the crowd. He did go through a period of time exploring becoming a pediatrician of all things. The troubling aspect of that was that there were no legal reason to prevent him from doing so at that particular time, which was pretty scary to me.
As for the possibility of him killing again that's a serious concern based on the escape and taking off with Judith. At a staff conference called to discuss his case for his first court appearance for release, I went on record at the time saying he should not be released BECAUSE I believed he would kill again. My statement contradicted three psychiatrists several nurses and a social worker. That "opposition" never became part of his clinical record. In fact his record stated that the staff were unanimous in there opinion to support his release. I still believe he could kill again. When he was asked why he killed his very young son he said because "he was the only witness" I believe he would be capable of killing Judith or anyone else who could potentially identify him or expose his true identity.
He was consistent with the reason for killing his family. Stress from his job and his worsening performance, denial of a promotion and the fact that she was catholic were definitely factors. I never heard him speak much of his son, his wife he spoke often of but not his son. There was speculation that his son may have had disabilities which in Richard's perfect world would not be acceptable. There was also speculation that his wife may have been pregnant. When asked if he knew if she was he broke down and had to be sedated. Again I know this because I was present when he was asked.
When the death of his family was "discovered" by Richard upon his return home that day his records stated he claimed to have no knowledge of what happened or who might have committed the crime(s). How he was caught was not part of any news reports and may even have been omitted from his hospital records. I have knowledge of what happened. Richard was hospitalized as a teenager for mental illness. He had very strong feelings about the marriage of his parents since his mother was catholic and his father was jewish. When police arrived at the home they found a written message written in soap across the bathroom mirror, it said " Death to Jew lovers". While the investigation progressed somehow the "soap message" was mentioned during a discussion with his father. It was then that his father told the police that Richard had written the same message as a mentally ill teen. Richard was questioned and eventually admitted to the crime(s). The grim irony was that his wife was catholic and therefore a Jew lover.
I never actually saw Richard with Judith. At the time of his escape Creedmoor was a fully operational hospital. Unlike today, all of its buildings were in use. Its campus was one of the largest in NYS it had thousands of inpatients and out patients . Like Richard, many had unescorted ground privileges . He could have met her anywhere. I personally never saw Richard with any male or female patients, in most respects he was a loner. But I suspect that was for good reason any "friends" could potentially become a witness for any acts he had the opportunity to become involved while in the hospital and/or outside or his whereabouts if he escaped.
As I said if Richard was still alive he would be in his mid or late 70's. Where he is is anyone's guess, possibly homeless or living in some foreign country. I think I may have said that I once asked him what he would do if released and felt as if he was becoming ill again. He said he would find some isolated canyon or cave where he would never be found and kill himself.
I personally believe Richard is no longer alive. While he may have been a excellent psychopath and good with covering his tracts he wasn't any better than those like him who HAVE been caught.

Thinking about the picture and his giving it to me is an example of a chink in his plan to be unnoticed and fade away. It was a major mistake on his part.
