Ranch manager, manger of a ranch, just plain manger....it's not hard to read between the lines. He's not under anyone except the owners. General Manager is just terminology.
Yes I think most of here with any connection to the corporate world are familiar with the title of General Manager. So I was just curious why the need to change his title from Ranch Manager, which is what has been reported.
