Catherine went missing May 1979 and UID found July 1979

I-355 didnt exist in 1979. Construction on I-355 didn't begin until 2004 and was completed in 2007.

In 1964 (tattoo Joe, followed with 64) she would have been between 20 - 30. It's not going to help much..... between that ages the tattoo could (if it's referring to a person at all) refer to a born child, a marriage or a death remembrance.

I'm not very confident about the estimated age by the detectives to be honest. For the record: Catherine Runte was born in 1950.
