Ever considered because John was prime suspect in the sexual assault and homicide of his daughter nobody in his elite circle wanted to work or socialize with him, so he has new career now: he is in the Entertainment Business?

I'm not sure either, but if it was taken at the Ramsey house before setting out for the White's Party, why did nobody take a photo of JonBenet at the White's, even an accidental image with JonBenet caught in the background or in the frame? Anyone at the White's party with such an image would be sitting on a lot of money, since they would own the Last Image and all the copyright rights, etc.

Also who took the photo at the Ramsey house?

We think it is unlikely, though not out of the question,
as long as he remains undetected. There are a number of suspects
who have been considered, included one who committed suicide.
I think if it had been a serial killer, we would have seen
similar signature elements and victims of preference in other crimes.

The “Last Photo” of JonBenet has been cropped from a larger image. It may or may not be from the White’s party. It may be before the White’s party. Law enforcement does have the photos taken at the White’s party. They had the photos at the John and Patsy interviews.
