Correct! Trial date 2/10/20 @ 9:00 am. Unless of course another continuance is requested/granted. Which most likely will happen unfortunately.

Some court sites have that & it turns into just a hearing to "set the trial date" - so I get confused! :rolleyes:

I downloaded the 1st page of the Case Summary. Doesn't look like anything is happening prior to 1/7/21 tho.
