A search is underway in Belmont County for a missing man.
Patrick Kelley, Jr. was last seen Tuesday in Richland Township.
Police say he usually walks along U.S. 40 east to St. Clairsville, following a strict routine.
However, on Tuesday night he never returned home.
Chief Deputy James Zusack of the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office says Kelly, 67 lives at the 4 Oaks Group Home right off U.S. 40.
He left around 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon for his daily walk. He usually stops at various banks and businesses at Plaza West.
"He's very systematic in what he does,” Zusack said. “He walks toward St. Clairsville, and (4 Oaks) is a place where residents can leave on their own will."
Kelley is 6-foot tall, he was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a jean jacket and a ford baseball hat.
Richland Township Police are handling the case with the sheriff's office is assisting.
They are obtaining surveillance footage from various businesses and the Ohio State Highway Patrol is conducting aerial patrols.
"We're currently going over videos from certain places to try to get surveillance of him to see where he may have been yesterday," Zusack said.
Crews will continue searching.
If you have information on Kelley's whereabouts, please contact the sheriff's office or Richland Township Police.
