Bunn (2 yrs old) (wouldn’t eat his hot dog) (May 6, 2018, Wichita) – *Elizabeth Woolheater (22) “mom” charged (5/8/18) & arraigned (9/6/18) with 1st degree murder. Originally arrested (5/9/18) & charged (5/7/18) with attempted murder & endangering a child. After Anthony died charges were changed. Plead not guilty. $250K bond.
*Lucas Aaron Diel (25) (BF) charged (5/8/18) & arraigned (9/6/18) with 1st degree murder. Originally arrested (5/9/18) & charged (5/7/18) with attempted 1st degree murder & endangering a child. After Anthony died charges were changed. Plead not guilty. $250K bond.
5/9/18 DA filed 1st degree murder charges for both.
9/28/18 Update: Status hearing ONLY for Diel on 9/28. 10/5/18: Status hearing ONLY for Woolheater on 10/5. 10/9/18: Control hearing for BOTH on 10/9.

You do an amazing job @Niner keeping track of all these cases.
With a hectic home life with kids, 2 dogs,12 rabbits and 5 guinea pigs to run about after, you make it loads easier when I do get the chance to catch up on all the cases i follow. Thankyou

I left for a day and 1/2 and came back with 93 google alerts for cases & 27 Alerts here! :eek: Got thru them all this morning! o_O

I'm leaving in September for a trip back to California - and now I am debating that I SHOULD take my laptop!!! I can just imagine how many I would have if I left from mid September to the 1st of October!!!! another :eek::eek:

Well - since last Monday (8/12) I have not been able to get into the court site anymore. It is giving me a 404 error.

Wondering if someone else can try & look see if there is/was anything for yesterday & today. It only posts 2 days at a time.

It goes to web site with 2 days of court dates. Probably yesterday & today's. Then click on one of them & it will give you a pdf file. You can hit CNTRL & F and search for her name. :)
