According to BB's step sister, DV text exchange with mistress that BB discovered and allegedly fought about all day up until she boarded her flight to Mass, were exchanged during the time period BB visited her dad in the hospital--just prior to his death.

Allegedly, BB confided she had to wait to take any action because DV was the bread winner, and took care of the family. -- BB pretty much had him on a pedestal...

(Sister's 5/29 phone interview with ytube blogger).
sigh...... her daughter for a breadwinner. WTF!

Potential witness claims she saw Derion Vence's car in Arkansas when Maleah Davis went missing Potential witness claims she saw Derion Vence's car in Arkansas when Maleah Davis went missing via @KHOU

From the link:
For a month, Houston Police detectives wondered about Vence’s whereabouts between Friday, May 3 and late Saturday, May 4.

A photo given to KHOU 11 News by a law enforcement source showed Maleah with Vence outside their apartment that Friday.

That is where the gap begins.

If the remains flown to Houston for DNA tests prove to be Maleah’s, investigators know Vence spent at least five-and-a-half hours on the road, crossed state lines in Arkansas, then stopped along the highway in Fulton.

Did he then go north to St. Louis where he grew up? Or did Vence drive back south? Authorities do not yet know. Either drive leaves 10-14 hours unaccounted.

“(Vence) has a lawyer,” Sgt. Mark Holbrook of the Houston Police Department said. “So he’s not going to talk to us until his lawyer wants him to and if he won’t talk to us we’ll have to see what happens at trial.”

At some point, Vence received scrapes to his forehead. Also, he had cuts and wounds to his body, according to photos Vence’s father shared with a blogger last month.

I guess we can see where this case is heading - if DV doesn't give it up to investigators/prosecutors then this case will proceed to trial. I predict that DV will not succeed if he takes this case to trial.

I expect that any potential juror would look at those photos of DV and conclude that they were self-inflicted.

My prediction: DV will cave and his attorney will negotiate a plea deal before this case goes to trial. Under Texas law, this is already a death penalty case.

DV has already disclosed Maleah's location. That right there demonstrates that he's afraid and worn down.

DV doesn't have the stamina to withstand a Capital Murder case IMO. He's going to try to take whatever out he can get.

Seeing this sad memorial on the side of the highway breaks my heart into a million pieces. That Ty Beanie Boos Peanut elephant nestled in the dried grass where our precious baby girl was found represents more love for Maleah from a total stranger than her egg donor (BB) and her self-proclaimed caregiver (DV) ever provided during her short life IMO.

Although I had no doubt what the eventual outcome of this tragic case would be, when our sweetheart's tiny remains were finally found I felt such a deep sense of sorrow for beautiful Maleah, a deep sense of loss for a future life that she will never experience.

I watched the video of the plane bringing Baby Girl home last night. As the plane approached the runway, I was overcome with grief for little Maleah and at the same I recognized that a beautifully Sacred Act was taking place - the beginning of restoration for Maleah.

Thank You to the Investigators who have tirelessly worked this case. Thank You Tim Miller, Thank You Quanell X. Thank You to all of you who lovingly escorted Baby Girl home where she can now be laid to rest with Dignity and where she can now receive Justice.

I will always remember precious Maleah offering that sweet gift of the red rose we've all seen in the photograph. I will always see her sharing that stick of chewing gum with her Daddy and the happy smile on her darling face.

This is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. Rest in peace sweet, beautiful little Maleah. You are so loved.

I know this is not gonna be a popular post.... but I wish people who buy the flowers, bears, etc. for memorials would give the money they spend to children involved movements and centers. Even a foster family they might know. I know they are well meaning, but so are the places that are struggling to save these children.

I think some people do.
In the Watts case, Shannan's mom gathered up the toys and gifts left for Bella and Cece and donated them to needy children.

Idk. Casey Anthony got off and she had a crazy nanny story. I’m surprised he didn’t go with she died of the flu and he didn’t know what to do and freaked out. With the remains found how they were it may be hard to have a cod. :(
You don’t take a child a state away that died with the flu! I am apsolutely amazed he told them where she was!

I have a feeling we may still get yet another version of the story from him.

The fact DV didn't go with that tells us her death involved something violent. The flu story couldn't explain her injuries.

Everyone steps up after the fact..where was anyone when this child suffered obvious physical abuse? Head trauma resulting in surgery??? Give me a break. They all make me sick!!

I wouldn't have expected Rep. Jackson Lee to have had any involvement whatsoever in Maleah's case prior to her death. I'm still grateful to her for speaking up now in the hope that a light can be shone where it needs to be shone.

Much Love to Rep. Jackson Lee.

Much Love to Precious Maleah.

Much Love to all who seek Justice For Maleah.

Much Love to All Who Love Maleah.
