Agatha, what I found interesting, was the fact that her friends, not her family, founded the site. Wonder where her paintings are now?

I understand and I was not suggesting that NO disgruntled employee would ever resort to killing. (that's where "going postal" comes from, after all- no disrespect to postal workers intended). I said that THESE TWO disgruntled employees would not kill an innocent little girl because they didn't like JR. I mentioned JR and Access Graphics specifically.
Who does this sound like?
"Is it wrong of me though to not really want to know the truth? I'm honestly scared for the numerous possibilities. She's safe, she's in God's loving arms; in a lot of ways, I'm content by the fact that she will never have to have her heart broken or see the constant negativity that our society breeds, nor will she ever be abused or taken advantage of."
to murder, as by suffocation, so as to leave no or few marks of violence.
Same dance school JB attended had another student attacked in her home while asleep. Mother woke up and interrupted assault.
It may have nothing or everything to do with case but it is a strange coincidence.
Not a disgruntled ex-employee but the current Chief Financial Officer.... He would be privy to John's bonus of $118,000.000.
Son of a bi**h Tom Carson. SBTC
Tom Carson was the employee who had dinner with Access Graphics ex-employees. Don Paugh told John he witnessed the dinner Tom Carson had with ex-employees. EX-EMPLOYEES: Small Foreign Faction.
It was no secret that Nedra, Pam and Polly were fired by Tom Carson. The Atlanta office of Access Graphics was closing down and John being John the coward left it to Tom Carson to fire his in-laws. The Paughs hated Tom Carson.
IIRC, the ransom demand was for the exact amount of money JR had received as a recent bonus.
Then Gertrude and Paula forced Sylvia to write a letter to her parents. Sylvia started to begin the note like the one she had previously been forced to write, "Dear Mom and Dad" but Mrs. Wright told her to stop and made her start over with the peculiar salutation "To Mr. and Mrs. Likens." After Sylvia's death, Mrs. Wright would turn over this letter to a cop. She would tell him that Sylvia had been absent from her house for a few days, then wandered into the backyard, clutching this epistle.
I'm not either. But again, aside from having to prove that you KNEW it was false and said/wrote it anyway, there are different categories.
The top is political speech. This is completely protected, which is how the Founders wanted it. A good example would be the people who accused former President GW Bush of masterminding the 9/11 attacks. That's an outright accusation of murder (and damned foolish to boot). But they are free and clear to do it. As long as they don't call for assassination, they can accuse politicians of ANYTHING.
Moving down the ladder, we have public figures. These would be celebrities, like movie stars or top athletes, etc. This is a little more tricky. They CAN and have sued for slander and libel, but it's very hard for them to win. The legal assumption is that if a person willingly enters the public eye, they have to expect a certain amount of hostility. There will always be someone who doesn't like you.
Private people is where the law comes in. If my neighbor is spreading rumors that I'm a child molester, and he has no good reason to believe it, that's slander. At that point, I'm within my rights to sue him. (In my case, though, it wouldn't come to that. I'd save a lot of court time and tax money by just showing up at his door with a shotgun! But that's just me!)
So, where do the Ramseys fit into this? Well, they and their attack-dog lawyer Lin Wood (I shouldn't have said that; comparing him to a dog is an insult to loyal dogs everywhere!) have claimed for years that they are not public figures. This is something of a tenous claim, considering how often they throw themselves in front of the cameras, but when John decided to run for Congress a few years ago, it's likely he entered the top tier, and has no grounds for lawsuits anymore. PLUS, a dead person cannot be defamed, so there's no grounds to sue on Patsy's behalf, either. Some people may consider it morally repugnant to speak ill of the dead, but there's no legal onus on it.

Not sure if it's been mentioned already in this thread but John Ramsey's latest wife Jan Rousseaux has some quite an album of designs which bear a somewhat similar appearance to some of JonBenet's outfits. It's all readily available on her public facebook page.
Wow did you see her 2017 post asking for people to donate to Jameson’s fundraiser? Crazy!! I didn’t know “Jameson” was still around.
“JonBenet money trail”. I applaud you for the observation. It’s too bad they are not on it for the truth.kaykay543,
Yeah they all need payments to stay on message. Where are the Stines these days? Even the Smit family are on the JonBenet money trail, they are looking for donations to do dna matching tests, which we all know will come back Inconclusive, Negative, etc as the case is RDI.
