It's still live but nothing is going on. So I guess the families are somehow made aware of this, as none of them have shown up. It started at 1:45pm with the sound on, then per usual the sound was turned off.

Judge says trial is scheduled for July 8, to meet speedy trial requirements.

Attorneys have decided to continue trial to Oct 21, as long as speedy trial time is protected. RN waived it. (perhaps that's what she signed)

Parties arranged to meet with each other to go over discovery . State will respond to a written request. June 10 supplemental request for discovery. State will furnish additional discovery or will respond by July 15.

Will continue til July 25 1:30p will be final pre-trial hearing. If they haven't received what they want, they will have a motion hearing the same trial.

He encourages them (both sides) to get discovery taken care of before July 25.

Court will grant the new trial date if there's a written motion for time waiver received by them.

Judge now discussing speedy trial right with RN, explaining it to her. She says she discussed it with her attorney, understands it and agrees to waive the right to speedy trial. She signed it. Court will approve waiver, will continue.

Just a thought and i dont know if true, maybe G4’s ex was fighting to get her son back to Ohio for her visitation and G4 fired back with a request for evaluation of his ex’s mental health because it’s a dirty way to play the game in family courts? The Wags are IMO, known to fight dirty. All JMO.

Yep it has been a long time coming!!!!! But if RN and FW delay, delay, delay they stay away from any conviction and sentencing. I think sometimes defendants put up a strong front and ask for speedy trial to say "hey I'm innocent, let's do this" and then the attys get real with them and they back down and delay...jmo

Discovery is on the docket for both George 4 and Jake. Added to each of their dockets respectively, mid afternoon yesterday 6/14.

Discovery is on the docket for both George 4 and Jake. Added to each of their dockets respectively, mid afternoon yesterday 6/14.

That's only the State's Supplemental Discovery. They all have that. The question was if anyone has seen the defense giving their discovery to the prosecution.

That type of discovery is only on the docket for Fred and Rita. Evidently, the defense's witnesses and other evidence they plan to use, must be turned over to prosecutors. However, I am really not sure about this. I will have to research into--what does the defense have to turn over?
