Found Safe PA - Juan Benacio, 8, Philadelphia, 14 June 2019

From the article:

Benacio is described as 4-foot-1 and 60 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and brown pants.

Anyone with information regarding Benacio's whereabouts is urged to contact Northeast Detective Division at 215-686-3153.

Map of the area: Google Maps

It's a very high-density area compared to a lot of missing children who go missing in rural areas. Hopefully that will be an advantage as there are so many opportunities for members of the public to see Juan wandering around, and also buildings peppered around that ought to have cctv cameras.

If he's really 4'1", very tall for a four-year old, anyone seeing him wandering around might have thought he was much older and thus not taken as much notice.

I was thinking the same thing - very tall!!

I know we can't discuss the comments on news articles, but I still like to read them. This is the FB link for the Fox29 story asking people to watch out for Juan...Can anyone add any more links?

There is not much out there. This is the only other detail I've come across at this point:

Age 8 sure aligns better with his reported height & weight.

I'm wondering (wishful thinking?) if he could be staying with a friend and perhaps just telling the parents of his friend that he has permission?
