Jury trial was cancelled on 4/23/18 for 5/29/18; and again cancelled on 5/15/18. Status hearing from 5/15/18 moved to today 6/24/19.
Jury selection set for 6/24/19.
 
So - nothing happening? Jury selection maybe?
 
Well I did a search - and am just getting 2015 articles....

Anyone local know what is going on? TIA! :)

I just have a horrible feeling that they are going to try and claim this Grandpa was abusing Meredith and that's what triggered the deaths. It just popped into my head and now I can't stop thinking it.
 
I guess no one is tweeting on this trial? No updates on "what happened" in court?

06/28/2019 SUBPOENA UNSERVED 2 442 (This was a subpoena they were unable to serve after 3 attempts. It was for Vickie Parker who was a friend of Grandpa who was in close contact in the months leading up to the murders.)

“Cheyanne Jessie is primarily talking with the detectives,” he told jurors. “Her emotions are scattered. She’s struggling, but she’s trying to be helpful. George Munroe and Matthew Munroe, on the other hand, are not particularly helpful, and for a large portion of the time law enforcement is there, they’re inside sleeping on the couches that have blood, decomposition, they’re slashed, and they’re basically Ground Zero of the horrible smell and the dead flies. They’re in there asleep.”
