Hailey was last known to be in Cleveland, OH and told family that she would be traveling to Denver, CO. Her family has not had contact with her since March 2019.

Hailey has lived in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California, Washington & Georgia. She frequently visits these states and other states. She could be anywhere.

Miss Hailey was traveling with a boyfriend by the name of James Young or Craig Young at the time of her disappearance. They told family they were going to Columbus, Ohio. They broke up, and she told family she was headed to the Denver area. She hasn't been heard from since March.

He was placed for adoption as an infant. Adopted by family. He is safe.

Very true! Her most distinctive feature is her big blue eyes. She also has a few very distinctive tattoos and birthmarks.

Is it known who she was headed to see in Denver? Is it known how she had been travelling i.e. was she travelling in her own vehicle?

Has the family put a missing poster together (including tattoos and birthmarks)?

Family or friends should, if they haven't already, contact a reporter at a TV station and Newspaper in the areas where Hailey lived to see if they could run a short story or get it up on the station or newspapers FB pages to see if a lead on her whereabouts can be generated. Especially in Ohio.

Okay, this says that the last time she was seen was March 23rd in Farmington. When was the last contact with her? Was it by voice or by text?

If he is from Ohio, has anyone actually seen this guy in person? Was he in Farmington too? How did Hailey get from New Mexico to Ohio?

My guess is that they used Greyhound Bus.

Almost always, threads stay open until we get a news media report or a law enforcement post saying she has been located. Usually, once a missing persons report is filed law enforcement will want the person that is missing to contact the nearest law enforcement agency to see the missing person in person to make sure that they are not harmed, sound mind, and are where they are of their own free will.

I have to add to what I said earlier. Hailey is listed in NAMUS. That is a database that is used to either find missing persons or to match unidentified bodies to missing persons. It will be a waste of time and resources for law enforcement and medical examiners if she remains in that database. Many Missing Persons organizations will pull persons listed as missing from this database and her missing information will show up again and again and again and be shared all over Facebook again and again and again.

It is a virtual certainty that Hailey is listed in NCIC - a national crime information database - as a missing person. If Hailey should encounter law enforcement anywhere in the United States for any reason at all they will run her against this database and the officer(s) will get that back. At that point anyone she is with will likely be detained until they sort out whether or not Hailey is where she is of her own free will. This record won't go away until the Farmington Police remove it.

So, it is not enough that she was in contact with family (at least her sister). She needs to contact Farmington Police at 505-334-6622 and identify herself as a missing person or reference case # 19-45193. They will tell her what she needs to do, which will be either to contact law enforcement where she is to come to her or she has to go to law enforcement where she is so that law enforcement can speak with her in person.

Farmington Police, unlike some Police departments, update all their missing cases when a person is located. They have cleared 4 missing persons cases since Hailey was reported missing as can be seen on their FB Page. Either family has not contacted Farmington Police to say they have been in contact with her so that Farmington Police can try to make contact with her themselves or they have been told Hailey was in contact with family but have been unable to make contact with her directly. It is not clear which it is.
