DD states he is TM's cousin.
He went to their house for a cookout, in the late afternoon/early evening.
He spoke to TM "a little bit."
He spoke to SM.
He knew about Heather's disappearance, and this was after she went missing.
DD states SM started a conversation with him about Heather.
DD states SM showed him a picture on a phone in SM's possession.
DD states the picture was of Heather Elvis.

DM states his life has taken a downward spiral after he saw that picture.
In the picture, Heather did not look like she was of her own free will, and he does not expect her family to ever see her again.
