A warrant has been issued for his arrest for second-degree homicide, according to the sheriff's office.

Why second degree ?
How about first degree premeditated never let him leave prison except in a pine box ?

Good luck to whoever ends up representing this loser because being found with one body then leading police to 4 more little children is going to be a challenge to defend. That question was asked during the presser. They made it seem as though the odor of decay was quite strong, so that may be a very sad possibility.

Ummm those comments are bonkers! The whole story sounds like a really unhealthy family situation. 6 weeks? 4 gorgeous blonde babies would be memorable. IMO

In Florida prosecutors can't charge first degree directly. That must come from a Grand Jury. It is a certainty that this will go before a Grand Jury.

The grand jury serves a very special function in Florida’s criminal courts. The only charge a State Attorney cannot file based on his or her constitutional authority is first degree murder. All first degree murder cases must be presented to a grand jury. ​
