Good riddance.

He didn't even have the decency to apologize for his "misunderstood" statements (and I don't think his statements were misunderstood at all). He is the victim in all this, poor thing, not the girls who were lured and groomed to service men they didn't want to be with. He's been "mischaracterized" and, gee, that must feel lousy.

Think he wonders if the victims feel "mischaracterized" as being willing participants?!?!?

Even when hit over the head with "pressure" because of his statements, he still doesn't see the light.

Bottomline: The teens didn't matter to any of these people and they are still dismissed and disdained.

According to The Daily Beast, Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin's name appears on legal documents for a company co-owned by Jean-Luc Brunel, a friend and associate of Epstein.

Brunel is a French modeling scout who one of Epstein's most prominent accusers, Virginia Giuffre, has accused of rape and of procuring girls for Epstein. Brunel strongly denies the allegations.

Accusations of sexual misconduct against Brunel date back several decades, but he has never been prosecuted.

Mnuchen was listed as a "state point of contact" on legal documents for Brunel's NextManagement"corporation". That means Mnuchen was a legal liaison with the state of NY for the modeling agency's business activities.

It was confirmed that Mnuchin is a friend of Faith Kates, a woman who partnered with Brunel and his brother in another "modeling agency". Why would someone allegedly qualified to be US Treasury Secretary be in the business of hanging out with sex traffickers who run "modeling agencies". Where does that even fit on the resume of a USTS?

Time to start investigating any "modeling agencies" connected to Epstein, Brunel or any of their friends.

he was such an idiot and did exactly like his 83-year-old art friend said " Jeffrey made an industry of it" when it came to his young victims. had he just stayed in France the age of consent is 15 over there, that would have been a much wiser choice of prowling grounds, let the French police deal with him if the girls complained, but they are really lax from what I have read when it comes to sex as long as it was consensual. Also searched were the offices of Karin Models, an agency founded by Jean-Luc Brunel, in a rape and sexual abuse probe opened by French investigators alongside the ongoing US-based investigation into sex trafficking allegations against the financier.

French police appealed earlier this month for victims and witnesses to come forward as part of the probe into Jeffrey Epstein's alleged sexual exploitation of women and girls, saying they have already interviewed three people who identified themselves as his victims.

The police appeal, published Wednesday on Twitter, provided both a phone number and an interior ministry email address. It said police specialists have been mobilised for the investigation.

The Paris prosecutor's office said three victims who have already come forward were interviewed by investigators in August and earlier this month, the last as recently as Monday.

The French probe was opened on August 23 and is investigating the alleged rape of minors and other possible charges linked to Epstein, who is believed to have killed himself in jail last month.

Dershowitz had publicly dared the woman, Virginia Giuffre, to sue him, claiming he would be vindicated. She did, claiming his public statements defamed her. Now, he is claiming the case should be thrown out on First Amendment grounds.

Because Giuffre failed to sue him when he first made the comments, four years ago, she cannot now argue that she was defamed by recent comments he has posted on Twitter, Cooper said. The comments in 2015 are beyond the statute of limitations, he said.

U.S. District Court Judge Loretta Prescott, however, was skeptical of the argument, questioning Cooper on whether the law of defamation gives people the right to repeat potentially libelous statements for eternity.

“Here we have a defendant saying it again and saying it again and saying it again,’’ Prescott said, adding later, “So once you’re on the internet you are immune?’’

She did not make a ruling.

I have been a member of Voat for a longggg time. I am not alt right and the site is 10000X better than reddit for not allowing abuse, and like Websleuths only allows facts.

Wiki has beef with Voat because Voat has outed Wiki and their connections to those like Soros and Epstein many, many times.
