I'm just throwing this out there... I don't know if it means anything.

While doing research on this John Doe (BlkMale 1011UMGA) I saw that there was another John Doe found months later at the same location.

The other John Doe was a white male, found on January 7, 1979.

From the GBI file:

Case History
The victim was located in a loaded coal car train from Tennessee, at the Georgia Power Plant in Eatonton, Georgia.

 
Interesting how Doe network mentions that it's unknown when the victim has "entered the car" - I'm guessing natural causes are believed to be the cause of death.
 
He could have been killed in Tennessee and somebody trowed him on the coal train car....Interesting the other one mentioned (white male found on the same spot in Georgia on January 1979 in a coal train car) Now I have to go back to search on murder-pedia, because I'm almost sure I read something about a (serial) killer working at the railroad tracks/mines. I'm not sure in what state anymore...grrrrr.
 
Was this Doe ever ruled out as being Willie Clark? NamUs says the Doe's eye colour was unknown, so taking this into account everything lines up with this being Clark.

Hi @Goecke

Down the thread MadMcGoo posted the uid's checked on being Clark and ruled out. Clark was last seen in Baltimore, Maryland in May 1978. His last known residence was in Anchorage, Alaska.
The victim's body was found in a train coal car while stopped in Eatonton at the Georgia Power Plant. On June 8, 1978, the train was put together in Fariston, Kentucky. It made stops in Corbin, Kentucky, Etowah, Tennessee, before arriving in Atlanta the same day. The train left the following day en route to Camak, Warren County, Georgia. The train arrived in Eatonton on June 10, 1978. It is unknown in which city the male entered the train car.

I'm not sure what makes you think this UID lines up with Clark? The different stats in different files are confusing. Why isn't there a height mentioned for John Doe, I wonder......
 
As mentioned earlier, Clark was one of black two males in within the Doe's age range that went missing relatively recently when the UID was found. There's also a resemblance between Clark and the reconstruction. I'm not sure if this was posted before, but the NCMEC also did a recon of the Doe. I'd be more skeptical of him being Clark if he actually went missing from Alaska, but it sounds like he was last seen in Maryland.

Am I 100% certain he's Clark? No, but I do feel like he's the most likely option if the Doe was actually reported missing so I think he should at least be compared so he could be definitively ruled out.

Comparing the NCMEC reconstruction with the photo of Clark, the ears look similar as well- It looks like they both had slightly pointed ears.

Willie Clark is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed approximately 175 pounds at the time he went missing. Willie Clark’s hair is a reddish brown and he has gray eyes. His eyes have been known to change from gray to green. Willie has a scar on his right thigh and his complexion is listed in NamUs as a light complexion.
