Was this Doe ever ruled out as being Willie Clark? NamUs says the Doe's eye colour was unknown, so taking this into account everything lines up with this being Clark.

Comparing the NCMEC reconstruction with the photo of Clark, the ears look similar as well- It looks like they both had slightly pointed ears.
