Don't know if anyone is following the Kelsey Berreth trial that is currently going on. In only 2 days, so much revealing evidence has been testified to that we had never heard about....much more to come.

Having these search warrants sealed for another 90 days only shows me that this is still an active investigation. When all finally does come out in trial, we will all be amazed.

11. Defendant admits that Defendant Fore Group, Inc. maintains an office at the
subject premises, but lacks sufficient knowledge to admit or deny the remaining allegations
and leaves the Plaintiff to his proof.

What the devil is going on....FD was in jail in June and the HVAC company files a claim and then gives him office space in their facilities? Is this a quid pro quo arrangement...take out a lien and then give me space? What is going on?

STAMFORD — The attorney representing Fotis Dulos in the disappearance of his estranged wife does not expect any significant developments when his client appears in court on Wednesday.

Attorney Norm Pattis is expected to complain to Superior Court Judge John Blawie that he hasn’t received the bulk of the evidence the state has gathered in the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos.

“We received nothing from her house in New Canaan and are still awaiting on a lot of forensic evidence,” Pattis said Monday.

Yes they have a lien on him for 4JC also they were granted $26,250 for 80 MTS unpaid invoices

I am not a professional in this regards, but I believe the Filing date indicates the Notice of action for all parties and most of the filings in this case have been electronically Noticed, On the date of filing. Date, Parties, and Type of Notice are on the last page of each Filing.

They could have started the process of finding a lawyer and drafting the lien before the arrest as well. SA published some of the details about FD/FG's outstanding debts and financial troubles before the end of May IIRC.

fotis Dulos attorney Norm Pattis will not be at Dulos’ court hearing tomorrow. Instead Dulos will be represented by Chris La Tronica, who previously worked at Pattis’ firm and recently joined the defense team. I’m told the appearance will be fairly quick.

Most definitely.

The plaintiff would have had to put everything together Before Filing with the Court.

However, the defendant would not necessarily know that the plaintiff had started the process until the defendant is actually Served Notice, either by email, snail mail, or in person and the Serving would not take place until the documents are Filed with the Court.

The Notice cannot be served if there is nothing to serve, and there would be nothing to serve, until the Filing Date.

In addition, the manner of Notice to the defendant may take an additional day or two from the Filing Date, if using snail mail or unable to locate the defendant or their Attorney, in person.

Bottom line is that the defendant is Not Officially Served Notice, until the documents are Filed with the Court, or shortly thereafter.

The evidence, that we don't have may be amazing.
At the Berreth trial, now Day 3, once the evidence has been revealed, you wonder why these Jerks, plead 'not guilty'.
I would think, the same will happen here.
Waiting for evidence to be revealed.

A distraught MT is captured by Fox61 photographer leaving 4Jx with full State Police escort as she and FD go to Litchfield CT to give DNA swabs. I wonder if MT is simply angry at being caught by LE in the below picture as thus far we have seen zero evidence of her cooperation in the investigation into the disappearance/murder of JF?

Was this moment when things got 'real' for FD and MT and it became clear that there was no escape from the situation that they found themselves in? IDK

My guess is that this picture was taken shortly after she hugged her daughter goodbye and her daughter left in the care of Mama A.

Updating the timeline to include the following Family Court document filed 5/31/19 or 7 days after the JF Missing Date (Missing Date 5/24/19):

On 5/31/19 FD filed the following withdrawal of deposition notices for Dr. David Lopez (Child Psychiatrist for Dulos Children), LA (Nanny to Dulos Children) and JF. All were scheduled to be in Court in early June.

IMO these depositions perhaps might feature prominently in the category of 'motive':
