Well, this is excellent news. PF is going where he belongs. I hope that his parental rights are completely terminated with Baby K. I am usually an advocate for Grandparents rights, but I don't think that Grandma F should be anywhere near Baby K.

I think Grandma F knew more than she said....

As for KK, Karma will catch up with her, if not in this life, the next.

Those in town were not happy that multiple officer cars were blocking their view of seeing convicted murderer Patrick Frazee as he left the Teller County Courthouse. He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole plus 156 years. @FOX21News

I expected a quick verdict and I'm so glad it didn't go to a second day of deliberations. So glad that this sociopath will never see the light of day. The deal with the devil is true... reminds me of Karla Homolka. She could have saved Kelsey... she could have prevented the destruction of her body... she could have done so much here.

He was put in handcuffs and escorted out of the courtroom.

During victim impact statements the family stated their plans to start an aviation scholarship in Kelsey's name which they want the judge to order Frazee to pay for. They also requested a 'no contact' order from the judge as they "showed their support to a killer." Cheryl Berreth says she will now work on the adoption of her granddaughter.

The judge had Frazee stand up in court as he was sentenced. Judge Sells told Frazee his actions were vicious, senseless, without reason. That Kelsey spent her last night "caring for you, and you viciously beat her to death the following day. After you beat her, you burned her body like it was trash. Kelsey Berreth was a wonderful mother, beloved daughter, your crimes deserve absolute max punishment and I intend to do that."

Jurors asked a question of the judge just before 1 p.m. and requested to see a still frame picture from a security camera of Frazee at Berreth’s condo.

Frazee was convicted of all counts, including first-degree murder, three counts of solicitation to commit first-degree murder, and tampering with a deceased human body. He was also convicted on two sentence enhancers for violent crime, one resulting in death and the other for using a weapon.
