Donna Harris has been missing since Wednesday. She was last seen in the 3000 block of Clime Road. Harris is a white female, 5'4, weighs 260 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. When last seen, she was wearing blue jeans and a gray hoodie with the words "under his armor" written in yellow. She was driving a red 2019 Honda Civic.

53-year-old Donna Harris is from the city’s west side. She was reported missing November 20, 2019.

Harris was last seen in the 3000 block of Clime Rd. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray hoodie with the words "under his armor" written in yellow.

Harris drives a red 2019 Honda Civic.

We believe the last person to see her is 34-year-old Justin L. Eastman. He’s 6’, 230-260lbs., brown hair & eyes.

3rd UPDATE 11/24/19: The body of Donna Harris was located today in Delaware County. Justin Eastman is wanted for her murder. We are working with the Delaware County, OHIO, Sheriff's Office

Eastman is likely driving a 2018 white Dodge Caravan, Oklahoma license plate #IHM358 stolen from Enterprise car Rental in Grove City.

“A Hilliard area man sought in the disappearance and slaying of a West Side woman was captured Monday night in Kansas.

Justin Eastman, 34, was taken into custody by Kansas State Highway Patrol troopers Monday evening.

Eastman has been charged with aggravated murder in the slaying of Donna Harris, who went missing last Wednesday, the Delaware County Sheriff's office said.

Additional charges are forthcoming.

The Delaware County Sheriff's office also revealed that a second person, Ashley Quick, 32, of Columbus, has been charged with complicity to robbery in connection with the case. She was arrested at her residence.

‘We are grateful to have these two dangerous individuals behind bars tonight,’ Delaware County Sheriff Russ Martin said.

2 arrests made in connection with missing woman's murder



Eastman is charged with aggravated murder and was taken to the Douglas County Jail in Lawrence, Kansas.

Ashley Quick, 32, was arrested at her home in Columbus by Delaware County detectives and Columbus Police, according to the release. She is charged with complicity to robbery.
