Okay on this one - I have the 1/8/20 hearing cancelled - a Disposition hearing. And have it for trial on 7/13 - this is Nicole's case.

Here are my latest notes on this one:

12/18/19 Update: State’s motion to set jury trial on 1/6/20 & disposition hearing on 1/8/20. Newton County Prosecutor Jeff Drinski said Wednesday that plea negotiations with Kirts had broken down. Kirts was in line to get a 45-year sentence under terms offered. Drinski said he since pulled the deal & will go to trial in a case where he plans to ask for life without parole.
1/6/20 Update: Disposition hearing on 1/8/20 is cancelled. Trial is scheduled to start on 7/13/20.

Okay - I see the White County notes above - so he didn't get charged with murder on that case.

Now the one I quoted - I thought this was related to this case:

The Carroll Co strangulation charges for GK are AG as the victim several months before they murdered NB

All of the Newton Co charges are for Nicole Bowen

I don't think any charges have been filed for Hanish in White County yet? Isn't that why his family is so upset? A news reporter did a story finally so it hit MSM and we could talk about it here but I don't think LE has actually done anything yet.

I'm not good at the court pages like niner and tippy so I could very well be mistaken but I think that is correct.

Yes that's right. The murder charge for Garth is for Nicole. You can tell by the date of 03.29.19. Hanish was about two weeks earlier than that - mid March.

I think it was dismissed as she is now also charged with murder. But not completely sure. I can no longer access mycase for some reason.
