Am hung up on MT's comment that while at 80 MS on the 24th, she went inside to clean windows and Fd went to the basement. I can find no mention of a basement in the real estate listings.

Since the home was built in 1926 would this be a dirt floor basement? Did FD do foundation work when he remodeled? Did LE investigate all areas of MS?

We had to have our foundation rebuilt in a home that was originally built in 1929. The original founcation was a cement, rock, anything the builders used in 1929. I call it the spooky section of the house and won't enter it without an escort. But it does have electricity, a partial cement floor, and makes easy access for plumbing and electrical work, if need be. However, the electrical features don't cover the entire basement. Is MS something like this or ?????

Probably an old fashioned dark and dungey basement. Also depends how much renovation
work was done.
My sister built a home in 60's in the same general area and
there's only a partial basement because of slate
in ground. And yes rock walls are common in these old basements.

Wow! Toppps, are trying to help the defense come up with theories aside from the obvious, Jennifer is dead by murder and Fotis, Michelle, and Kent all had a part in the killing? Well, good, do so. Everyone is entitled to a defense.

Besides, we all would like this to have a happy ending, like Jennifer just snuck away to get 5 real flying unicorns to surprise her children with. But the unicorn idea is as absurd as yours.

Leaving her children would be absolutely unthinkable to Jennifer, even if she would have enjoyed her own bathroom and time to write. This is in contrast to Fotis who was able to deprive them of his parenting for a year because having to do so apart from Michelle and her daughter was too much of an ask!

But if it were conceivable that Jennifer, like her estranged husband, would be willing to deprive her kids of a parent, wouldn’t cleaning up be a stupid thing to do if the point were to demonstrate feigned death?

The abuser in cases like this always win-Mom is always going to be the bad guy, because that’s how they play the game. I don’t doubt for one minute that Fd had started to turn at least his two older sons against Jennifer; they are at about the age where those kinds of guys and their sons treat the mother like she’s crazy, every time she has some reason why they can’t have or shouldn’t do something. I’m wondering how much trouble GF might be having with the two oldest-I am afraid that it hasn’t been easy, with what I know of how much attention Fd focused on those two poor boys.

Oh I have older teens, a young teen and a 9 year old...I don't doubt for 1 second what its been like for GF with the older two...and remember they are older (14) and not stupid and no matter how much you shield kids - they hear plenty...

In just 4 or less short years they can say MY DAD DID NOTHING, BLA BLA BLA, and sue for their early inheritance...I would count on it (pressure from their only surviving parent will be strong, GF getting older daily)...

My friends 12 year old is already staring with, "Dad said I can tell the judge I don't want to live with you next year and I am going to live with DAD," and its just really super horrible..and my friends 12 year old WAS literally IN THE CAR as the ex ran them off the road just 6 months ago...this is how much kids will forgive anything from Dad. A dad that ignored the 3 kids, their entire marriage..but if Dad gets my friends kids, guess what else he gets....drum roll; their rich grandpas MONEY (or so he thinks)..

were at the home and she was going back and forth to 4JC. So there was a several hour window.

Some of the theories here have been outlandish. At least it provides some levity, I guess. Theories should be based on reading the AW/SW, etc. Otherwise, theories are not helpful.

Not sure why it's inconceivable that the body cannot be found. I know there is alot of video and so forth, but many bodies are not found. A body is not needed. At all. Prosecutions only present very strong cases if the body is absent. 88% conviction. Cases with a body is only 70%.

If the jury has a half a brain, they will understand what happened here. It's not too hard to figure out. Jennifer is DEAD and FD did it. In the meanwhile, Websleuths is not a court of law and we all understand that. Pattis will be laughed out of town with his ridiculous theories.

It doesn’t bother me much that there isn’t a body, except that I would like to know specifically what he did to kill her (we already know that whatever it was, caused her to bleed to the point that it was incompatible with life), and I’d like for her mother to be able to know exactly where she ended up and be able to put her to rest. Other than that, if I was a juror, a lack of body wouldn’t bother me at all. You always want as much information as possible, but I don’t think the state will really have that much trouble showing that she isn’t alive, irrespective of how NP prevaricates, and hires some professional liars to say that you cannot know she’s dead. That, covered in blood, Jennifer may still have left her house and children, for parts unknown without any of her stuff, assisted by a man she despised and feared-and who himself was aided in his task by his girlfriend and criminal lawyer. And nobody would have noticed this blood covered woman in her getaway.

No body quite concievable. A prepared grave somewhere could reduce burying her to minutes during any of the unknown time frames. But I actually think he basically drew and quartered her and unluckily the police did not recover those bags before they were incinerated. In which case no body will every be recovered.
Were the dump SW results in the latest release? I don't think so, only what was recovered at the street locations. The police said the search at MIRA was not in vain, but obviously they did not find a body.

MOO FD and MT just can't believe rich people can be held accountable by the law.

Re: the money, well, it all depends on how it’s set up. If your friend’s father had it set up like HF did, then those kids won’t get a lump sum of anything. It’ll go directly to college, etc. What will your friend’s ex do with that? If the kids choose to live with their dad, she is going to have to pay child support, which as you know, the ex can choose to squander and then take her back to court for more money. I just have to ask, where are so many women finding these guys??

She just added a security camera monitoring system at the house she is renting (sound familiar)...and she moved to a very busy, non secluded area for more doorbell cams, and her landlord said no problem to upping the security with cameras, etc..

Well my friends Dad was pretty smart (as most self made men are) and he actually cut my friend out of the Will a few years ago because the husband was getting MESSY (not coming home, nearly missing the birth of #3 because he was on you know the FBT (fake business trip), strip clubs, faking he would go to work and his boss calling the house asking if everything was okay, he had been out of work without calling for a week; while my friend out here in Suburbia this guy was waking up and 'going to NYC on the train' and she assumed the guy was going to work everyday...(really scary stuff and NO FD And my friends ex are NOT the only guys we know of that act this way, sad to say)....So husband got messy, friends dad said, sorry hun, can't fund this guy, he's into drugs, drunks, strippers and I didn't work my entire life for him to live off me once I pass...

Yes, college funds to the colleges, if kids don't go, cash goes into trust for THEIR kids to go to college...

My friend found this guy in NYC, same place JD found FD...women of a certain age, want kids, over looking every red flag...oh they are flying flagssss...but they wanted the fairy tale...are getting older; parents want them married also...(my friends ex had a sub par job in 'finance' not rolling in it...but he did at least always keep some kind of day job/when not laid off...) but faking going to work and doing God knows what all day is a depravity...(when I read this week that John List did that before he annihilated his family in the 70's I was like OMG, I know MORE than a few men out here in CT that do that...keeping up appearances...faking going to work...

I just can’t believe how FD’s defense is poo-pooing the evidence found in all those trash bags found at Albany was it? So damning for FD and MT. JD’s blouse and bra, is that right? FD’s and MT’s , JD’s DNA found on bags, gloves, duct tape? Zip ties, etc. And MT admitting that yes it was she and FD on those video cams dumping those bags. Pattis makes me nervous. He seems like a likeable guy and one that might be able to sway a juror or two with his proclamation of FD’s total innocence,with this outlandish “evidence”. But I just don’t see how the jury could discount this evidence. Especially given MTs admission that she and FD were the ones in the vehicle in Albany. Unless she recants and says she was coerced into saying that. Much like skylar Richardson. I dont know how y’all felt about that but I couldn’t believe that that worked. Some say there are always red flags. That's not always true. Mine was the most loving and affectionate of anybody I had ever been with. He received the stamp of approval from mutual friends I had known and who had known him for many years. These guys toe the line for a while, sometimes a long while until they get what they want or just can't hide their true nature anymore. I did criminal backgrounds on him in 2 different states and there was a DUI from about 25 years prior and a couple traffic tickets. Which he had told me about. He had a decently high clearance at a place where shuttles and rockets are launched. I found out many things after he left. Financial infidelity started to happen even prior to marriage. I tracked down one of the women he had told me about who he said robbed him of his business. It was the opposite. He robbed her. She had already heard about what happened to me before we ever spoke. There was a secret 2nd cell phone I knew nothing about. To summarize, yes, there can be red flags, but not always. These men/women are con artists, prolific liars and thieves. A person often doesn't know until you are in too deep.

I have held out for a shard of her in that landfill.
But it seems they didn't find much.
Must have been incinerated, IMO.
