So what could they have recovered to determine sex and height? Clothing? But then what about a transgendered person? I'm confused. (Nothing unusual)

Maybe leg bones and pelvic bones? I'm not sure if pelvic bones are considered part of the torso but they can usually guess at sex based on the pelvic bones. If they have leg bones they could guess at a height range. They also could have had the bones DNA tested to determine the sex that way. MOO.
