Waterbury police have issued a Silver Alert for a 3-year-old girl.
Police said Dahliah Warren’s father called them around 5 p.m. on Dec. 20 and reported his 3-year-old daughter missing.
The father had been awarded sole custody that day and the mother, 37-year-old Jennifer Warren, of Naugatuck, was ordered to turn the daughter over to the father, but she did not, police said.
Police said they do not know where Jennifer and Dahliah are and said there was no sign of them at known addresses.

The whereabouts of the Warrens are not known and police have issued a silver alert. Dahlia is about 3-foot tall and weighs about 30 pounds.
Detectives have continued to investigate the case, but have not found them at addresses where they are known to stay.

State police sent out a silver alert for Warren shortly before 9:30 p.m. Friday night, describing her as three-foot-tall and thirty pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, the alert said.

Waterbury Police Lieutenant David Silverio told Channel 3 that three-year-old Dahliah Warren was reported by missing by her father after the child and the child’s mother, Jennifer Warren failed to appear for a custody meeting.

Naugatuck police ordered the child’s mother to turn over the child at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, but the Warren and the child did not appear.
