He was last seen wearing Levis, a grey sweatshirt, grey or black tennis shoes and a dark colored hat, according to a missing person flier shared by the Sheriff's Office.

This has a little more info. Warren looks like a very small residential area.

Update: Search continues for missing St. Helens man
[...]

We have new details from Sheriff Brian Pixley.

[...]

The Chronicle: Does this missing person have any mental or physical issues that could hamper the search or the person's health?

Pixley: The missing person does have a medical condition and that escalates the response.

[...]

The Chronicle: Where is the search being concentrated and why that area?

Pixley: Right now the search is concentrated in the area of Viewcrest Drive down to Scappoose Vernonia Highway.

The Chronicle: What are the challenges of this search?

Pixley: The challenges of this search are the terrain and lack of a lot of solid information. We have had to piece together Mr. Landreth’s movements since Saturday. We have done that through solid police work and help from the community. The terrain and the weather have also made things more difficult. We utilized drones from OSP and Scappoose Fire yesterday with FLIR capabilities, but they had to be grounded due to the weather. If we can get a break in the weather, we can deploy them again.

Large search continues for missing St. Helens man last seen Saturday
Search parties from more than 12 different agencies are scouring a 100-square-mile area in Columbia County for Kenny Landreth, 45, who was last seen Saturday night in Warren.

[...]

Wednesday, around 75 people from across the state participated in the search efforts. Groups from Clatsop to Clackamas counties are assisting, providing everything from volunteers on the ground to drones and dogs. Pixley told FOX 12 that crews have been out looking every day since Sunday.

Currently, crews are focusing on a triangular-shaped area bordered by Highway 30 and the Scappoose Vernonia Highway to the south and Church Road in Warren to the north.

[...]

Pixley said search efforts have uncovered some evidence that Landreth was in the area crews are currently combing. According to Columbia County officials, neighbors' surveillance cameras captured Landreth walking not far from where he was last seen.

[...]

"It's not super easy to walk through, there's a lot of very very heavy and gulches, there's a lot of water out here right now," Pacific Northwest Search and Rescue board member Marcel Rodriguez said.

[...]

Search efforts on Wednesday wrapped up shortly after nightfall. Searchers will be back out again Thursday morning.

Pixley said the search will continue until every inch of the targeted search area has been covered.

Helicopters were flying over the area yesterday in what sounds to me like was a last-ditch effort to try to find him. I live in the neighborhood he went missing from and went to school with him growing up. Just a very bad area to be wandering around in at night, especially this time of year with so much rain lately. I hope they find him eventually, but I didn't have much hope of them finding him alive after the first couple of days.

Oh dear. That doesn't sound good at all. MOO
