Julian was last seen at approximately 2:00 p.m. near a restaurant on Harbor Dr. in Sausalito, CA. He hasn't been seen or heard from since.

Can't find him on NamUs...So little information available.

Does he have a history of mental illness, drug addiction etc.? He seems pretty skinny for a guy his height. Looks so different in these two photos, I think.

He went to that restaurant and nobody has ever seen him again... What happened to him? It's been 11 years this month.

From what I can find, he was born in Nevada City, California and lived there for some time, before he and his parents moved to Sausalito. There's a 2001 Misdemeanor in his name with no details, can't find anything else about him really.

I hate these cases with so little information to go on. He's been gone for 11 years now obviously and there's next to nothing about him online..no Find Julian FB, news articles etc.

I'm wondering if he was a skateboarder since he had previously fractured his wrist and he kind of has that skateboarder look, I think.

I searched White Pages and found a John Morin, 30-34, in Sausalito, CA...maybe his brother or cousin. Also another male with the surname Morin, 60-64, there. Maybe Che's father or uncle.

Maybe he ended up in the ocean...

The water is definitely as good a guess as any, since there's virtually no info available on his disappearance.

It looks like there's a lot of activity in that area, though... lots of boats, cars in parking lots, businesses etc. Anything is possible, but I feel like someone would've seen him either by the water or even in it.

But that also depends on the area. October 24, 2002 was a Thursday. Is this area active during the work week, or is it more like a weekend spot?
