Sounds like some will be done remotely...

CT to expand court cases that will be done remotely

Courts in Connecticut will be expanding the kind of cases that are done remotely on Monday.

Those cases include civil pre-trials, trial management conferences and status conferences. All of this will be done through video or over the phone.
KM has court date listed as 6/2 at 10am for pre-trial on the conspiracy charge. Hope it happens.
I wonder how it gets covered by journalists if it’s over the phone or video?
Last we left off, KM was being offered a plea deal in his spousal cases pending discussions with the state on the JD case. At his last hearing, he also leaned over and his attorney removed a note from KMs jumpsuit pocket. Wonder if we’ll see any traction or updates and what his strategy will be now that FD’s dead.

TROCONIS HEARING PUSHED AGAIN: Due to the continuing coronavirus pandemic, Michelle Troconis’ next court appearance has been pushed back again from next month to August 6. A reminder that right now courts are only hearing level 1 matters and several courthouses, including Stamford, are currently closed. It comes as Sunday marks the one year disappearance of Jennifer Dulos, the New Canaan mother of five whom police believe was murdered by her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos. Troconis was Dulos’ live-in girlfriend at the time and is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, evidence tampering, and hindering prosecution.

Troconis is trotting around on borrowed time. Perhaps she will find some enlightenment during her spiritual awakening while worshipping at the church in Avon or spreading peace and therapy at the horse farm, and lead the police to Jennifer so five innocent children can find some peace too.

Great thought...but don’t think that will ever happen.

UGH! Well, hopefully MT will run out of 20-year-old pictures and brag things for her new Spanish speaking IG account....complete with an attempted Google translate function. (For her or the reader???)

Hope the new attorney in charge will speak with the judge about her "relaxed" home confinement antics, too.

We won't forget....Justice for Jennifer is simply delayed...I hope. Perhaps the respite is good for her family too as they continue to heal and cope with a new normal...whatever that may be. The whirlwind the children have faced in the last 12 months is unfathomable.

Sending good thoughts and prayers to all those who loved/love JFD during this upcoming Memorial Day weekend.

As the one-year anniversary of Jennifer Farber Dulos’ disappearance approaches, state police efforts to find the missing New Canaan mother have turned to an abandoned $3 million home in Avon where she once lived with her husband, Fotis Dulos.
State police’s renewed interest in the property — just 1.5 miles from the Jefferson Crossing home where Fotis Dulos took his own life after being charged in his estranged wife’s murder — followed Courant questioning as to whether the sprawling grounds had ever been searched.

There is a new development in the investigation of missing New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos on Thursday morning.
State police are investigating an Avon property a half-mile down from Fotis Dulos’ Farmington home on 4 Jefferson Crossing.
State police say Dulos pulled a permit for a house in that area in 2018. That house has been empty for the past year. It’s under renovation and in a heavily wooded area.

From the HC article:

"State police sources said they received a copy of the demolition permit and spoke with the property owner, attorney David Ford, who gave them permission last fall to conduct a search. Police did visit the property, but didn’t get a search warrant for it and didn’t bring cadaver dogs to search the large swath of woods behind the house or the septic tank, as they did at several other properties that Dulos owned, sources said."

Thank you for your post and the clarification. The original news articles, including the one I posted from The Patch, implies the search is actually taking place this morning.
Yes, it looks like multiple news sources are reporting that, but state police are denying it. I'm actually not sure what is happening currently, since there are apparently white vans at 4JC as well? This Tweet has video of vans parked at the entrance, and refers to a "scene" at the Sky View property.

Hmmm. Well, now it seems confusing! Wonder who the white vans belong to and why are they at the properties????
